Hello @ThreeAM, Clearly you have never read our Rules or PK Guidelines if you believe this PK was "unjust". The clip that Helsing provided shows you under FearRP as you were outnumbered and at gunpoint by multiple men. Running away in this situation shows that you did not value your life which falls under General Rule #7 and Government PK Criteria #5. Breaking FearRP is not something you get "warned" for. It is not an offense that results in OOC warns/notes/bans, instead, it results in the character itself being banned or "Permanently Killed" (PK) because the character did not value their own life. You also violated Global Rule #11 by using an alternate account in an attempt to evade the ban on 5/3/24. Your appeal will need more effort put into it along with an explanation for the alt evasion if this is actually an apology.

The current appeal has been updated with the information from the duplicate appeal. I suggest being more organized on our forums rather than pointing the finger at us.

The ban appeal template and PK appeal template are different. A direct copy-paste of your ban appeal does not help since your PK was approved by @Hound and has nothing to do with badspider as you've listed in this appeal.

While I agree that some parts of this PK fall below the typical "standard" (i.e. the witness report referring to the "Kriegsmarine"), these small discrepancies would not invalidate the underlying report/reasonings that led to your PK. I believe @Browniemeisterstated a lot of points well in why this PK was approved by @Prime and then carried out. Our PK Guidelines state that appeals are accepted on the basis that the PK did not follow proper guidelines, and while I believe some parts of this could have been executed better, the PK itself did adhere to proper guideline requirements.
