I believe everyone should have a chance to showcase themselves as a changed person, but I will say I would have to see some time and distance away from all these notes. I believe you could be good with proper guidance from the right people. Glad your enjoying the server! Some advice I guess would make yourself stand out, both in character and seriousness. Use your skills to the advantage of what you can do. If your a document writer then go become an office worker or if you strive in leading then join Kaisergarde or the Armed Forces. Its what you make your character man!

Hey bud, You were under gunpoint for more than 10 seconds, more than enough time to react. Im sorry you worked hard on the character, but the guidelines specifically state why you were Pk'd. You refused to stop moving while being under gunpoint for more than 10 seconds and then started a fistfight, which is grounds for a PK.
