Hello, you were brought up in a sit after a NSB made a PK ticket on you because you did in fact started a gunfight and died, the other KG who started to shoot was pulled up in a sit for RDM, and was dealt with, you were not involved in the first gunfight but you did start another one which you ended up dead and if you really was involved in the first one then they would have started to shoot at you but didn't, you knew you were surrounded by multiple people with guns and you were outnumbered and you decide to start another gunfire which is pretty much suicidal to me you did that to yourself, thinking you can just respawn and go about your day you didn't fear for your character's life when you were surrounded and thought you could just take the easy way out, In the sit you claimed you only shot because they gunned down that other KG, but you know if you are outnumbered and if you tried to do anything you would just end up dead, which is okay if you want to but it ended up costing your character's life. Now for you saying I'm the leading commander of the VSK... I'm not and what does this have to do with anything above, are you trying to claim I was involved in that situation on my VSK character? Cause you are wrong I was not! I was on my OOC staff character taking tickets while this went down. I don't know where you are getting this "Conflict of interest" shit. You also claim that when the NSB were trying to arrest you that they were minging? They were not... it's you who tried to get out of the RP situation by starting that gunfight while you were surrounded, all you really had to do was just put your gun away and things would have ended good for you and your character might still be alive. You were brought up in the sit for starting a gunfight and dying, while I was explaining what was going to happen to your character you disappeared, I checked the logs and saw that you were timed out which, the person who was requesting the PK and I, waited for about 15 minutes to see if you would join back but you didn't so I just went ahead and PKed your character offline, I would still had pked your character even if you didn't timeout, earlier that day you made another ticket that I took and it turned out to be you, you asked about why you were pked on your other character and I pulled you in a sit and explained why, I told you that your PK is only temporary and not a permanent one, you will just have to wait another week to the 24th to get unpked. As always UA has the final word, and they will decide if you will get unpked before the 24th.

I was on my civ character, and I mugged a KG, Lapo saw me and tried to put me in cuffs, but I kept moving not letting them. In order for me not to get this ban again, I won't break fearRP and let them detain me. [300 words or more]: The reason why I think I should be picked for staff for the Prometheus Networks is because I been roleplaying for a decent amount of time when I found the server, and that I have been active within the community/server and getting along with people and starting to meet new people. Another reason why I should be picked is that because there are not many active staff around the nighttime for CST to watch over the server and I also tend to believe that there is staff shorter, and you guys are always needing active people, and I am one of those people who been active and engaging with the community. I also want to help those new future players when they come across the server and want to roleplay, I want to be there to help them, answer their questions if they have any or suggestions, anything they got to say that's appropriate. I also want this to be my first Garry's mod experience, and I want this first-time experience with the Prometheus Networks because of the time I spent here and truly enjoyed it. I am also hoping I can learn or teach others a thing or two, everyone has different mod experience, we can learn some things from others. [150 words or more]: The duties and responsibilities that the position I'm applying for is that you must be always ready to enforce the rules on role-players, and help them understand them, it's important for them to read the rules and actually understand what they mean and what punishments will come afterwards if they break those rules, I also want to make sure that all players enjoy roleplaying, help them out with tips to maybe improve their roleplay skills, who knows maybe they are just new to roleplaying and don't know a single thing to do or start a roleplay scenario, I also believe that if people don't understand the rules they won't be able to roleplay properly because they will just keep breaking the rules, and one of our responsibilities as staff is also to teach them what they did wrong not just warn them or ban them and that's it no, you explain why they are in trouble for breaking the rule, tell them what rule it is that they broke and explain how they how they should prevent it from happening again, this might not be the case for all rule breakers because sometimes there are people who are on the server just to ruin the fun for those who want to have a good time, those rule breakers should be dealt with immediately without second chances. Another thing is when you come across those players I think as staff members, that we should have a talk with them and maybe they will change their minds and will want to be part of the community. It's also important not to get carried away and abuse your power, you want to make sure everyone is heard, and you are not biased to another person because that's not who we need on the staff team, it causes problems. Another thing is as staff is that we must always be patient with who we are dealing with no matter what. Another responsibility as staff is that you must take tickets and help those who made them and take the tickets on time. I'll admit me resisting when I was in a prisoner diamond that was a stupid move by me and I should have never done that, knowing what could happen I should have stopped and let them arrest me, again sorry for what I did. I just also think the right punishment would be me getting Pked instead of a ban because that's always been the punishment, I may have failed fearRP but I didn't think that would get me banned I am very sorry for what I did, and I hope to be given a second chance. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: x2 RDM, one prop abuse and 1 LTARP past 2 weeks, For the RDM, One was me trying to snipe people from far away, was told that's not allowed and to prevent getting it again, I just wont snipe random large gatherings For the other RDM, I was trying to start some conflict between factions by shooting of of their guys, was told that's not how it works, to prevent this, I wont just go and try to start random conflict between factions anymore. For the LTARP, I was in a cell left alone, I had to leave for something important IRL, and I didn't notify staff. To prevent this for happening again, I will next time notify staff so there wont be any confusion For the prop abuse, I was spawning couches for KG members to get over the panthoen door to get rid of trespassers because we had no way in, props were taken away but I appealed got them back, To prevent this for happening again, I wont use any props trying to get people over to get rid of trespassers Everything I did up there will not happen again. Name: Hans Webel Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:812731984 Staff who issued the flagblacklist: @Luc Jasyarsest Explain why your flags were blacklisted: Im a KG member and while me and other KG members were talking about what we were gonna do for patrol, 2 armed civs broke in the pantheon and got in and I noticed them and alerted the other KG members, so we went up there but we could not get in to kill them as they were tresspassing, so I got my phs gun out and spawned a couch to get some KG members to get in there to kill the civs and then I got a message saying "You have been stripped of your ability to use PET flags and have been blacklisted" I never tried to use the prop to abuse or anything I just wanted to get those civs out and we had no way getting in if I could please get them back thank you and im very sorry for what I did. Reason why it should be unblacklisted: I never really abused them in the first place and im sorry I only did what I did above is cause 2 people broke in and we had to get in there to kill them I am sorry for the trouble. I didnt just do it for fun or anything no, I only spawned in the couches to get the guys over to kill the 2 civs and the plan was only 2 go over and then the rest saw what I was doing and copied me which they then opened the door, I didnt know If i did this that would result into my prop tools getting taken away again I am sorry and it wont happen again
