After looking at the PK guidelines, and considering you approved such a PK. You lacked the ability to approve such an NHC Order PK, as all NHC ordered PKs are required to be handled by Upper Administration. “NHC Order PK request must be approved by Upper Administration+” The text above was pulled straight from the PK Guidelines page. This is another reason, why this PK is invalid.

Hey sparrow, Let’s get straight into the main course of this PK and debunk this. First off, let’s debunk this. Elite is a Moderator, he cannot overwatch PKs of High COs. This is clearly stated in the authorization category in the PK guidelines. So with that being found out by myself, there was no proper overwatch. This clip lacked any context to the situation, which shows no type of actual RP taking place. It is a clearly manipulated clip that only provided a few seconds then me being shot. No context to it at all. He was not present during the entire RP scene, nor can he overwatch a PK on COs in a government faction. He said “carry on” to the situation, as I was being dragged Frank King IV broke a global rule by falsely accusing me of ERPing with someone and as a result I made a staff ticket due to that breaking the environment of the RP situation. He also later confessed to speaking OOCly in his mic, which to my knowledge he is a member of the Staff Team meaning he should know better not to falsely accuse someone of ERPing with someone. The entire situation was completely ruined, and just a desperate attempt to make a PK on myself as the first resort, instead of a last resort. In conclusion, the PK was not being overwatched at all to ensure proper roleplay. With that being said, it is clearly an improper PK attempt as they did not go through the proper channels and processes of getting a authorized staff member to overwatch said PK. RP was also not proper, nor did a member of the PSD stay IC the entire time which completely ruined the environment like I stated before. The PSD also used the words of Elite to attempt to act as if it was being overwatched when it wasn’t. It’s actually petty.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well my PK from my knowledge lacked complete oversight from any type of staff member during the PK, considering during the situation a member of the PSD which I can assume It was an Individual by the name Frank King IV openly accused me of “ERPing” with a guy doing communist RP by the name of Marcus, he completely broke RP during the situation which broke the environment, which could have been prevented and or rectified if a staff member was overseeing the PK, which one did not. This was a PK on a member of RPI, which lacked oversight which is a major problem. My other reason for myself to be UnPKd as my PK went against a major guideline which is “Not using a PK as a Last Resort”, they could have attempted to handle my situation and actions differently, used different routes such as using the court system before getting you’re NHC to do a NHC ordered PK, and or attempted to confront myself about it. There is many ways we plan to make this different from other criminal organizations, One of them is including being more focused on actually doing RP rather then just run around with Thompsons and kidnap NSB officials and demand information. What?? I never once said that at all during NSB custody, what are you talking about? Either you weren’t there, or just AFK during the entire interrogation. I was not once asked a question. I was told that I “failed” a political ideology test, which is false and I presented the evidence of that to cravfe of me passing the test. After that they, gator and sec cleared the hallway where you could watch my interrogation, after that gator gave me 2 Options, sign a confession affidavit or get shot (PKd) with both option given I envoked the party courts. Not all at all, you charged me with contempt of court even before the trial started. You called court into session for around a minute before the NSB adverted said that I envoked the party courts (which I did), and with no investigation into that advert called the trial out of session and ordered my death promptly. There was no train of thought on this trial, nor that advert. I was charged one time with contempt of court because of the NSB adverting saying I told him to advert (which I didn’t) that I envoked the party courts. I was charged with one contempt charge before being promptly executed. You are supposed give the defense 3 contempt charges after the court is in session for them to be found guilty on all charges. Absolutely wrong, you never reminded me not to speak after the court was in session with a contempt charge and then ordered my death right after. Unfortunately also false, I didn’t “storm” the NSB wing considering if I did you think the NSB wouldn’t have dealt with the day of? In conclusion on this statement I never stormed the NSB, nor did you ever hear me say it was to and I quote “show them the authority of the Police Courts” you are simply putting words in my mouth in attempt to make me look bad. I don’t think detaining one NSB for insulting a superior commissioned, is not “Mass Detaining NSB”. I don’t believe you are completely educated on this situation at all. Huh? This court trial was not even close to being executed correctly in roleplay, the trial was called into session for probably a minute before the NSB official adverted that I called the Party Courts. After that I happened, rose walked down from the stand calling me a “Retard” and “You fucked up” after that he promptly ordered my death without giving my character a fair chance in defending myself at all. I think anyone that has a brain can agree, this trial was not done properly at all.
