Once again, tower. I am not disputing the edit, like I mentioned before. I am saying, the picture is directly stating "is fired from his position" clearly relieving my character of all legal obligations to the military. I was fired for what I said in an OOC group-chat, and once I transferred out I was hawked down by the military and NHC PKd on your orders for "desertion" after I was clearly fired from the only position I carry inside the military.

The picture did not load, as I wrote the response from my phone. But I will address the updated picture, tower has shown. Yes, I acknowledged the edit. I am not disputing that the edit exist, now that I have been shown it and it is on the appeal. I am saying, it clearly states "Is fired from his position" that is releasing my character from all obligations to the Military. I was no longer employed at that time, and in response to that announcement I transferred over to the Landespolizei which required help from me. I was no-longer in any position to ICly report to any individuals in the military after I was released from my employment in the faction. During the entire situation, they attempted to get me to use my microphone and apologize. Which I refused to do on my microphone, I was fully willing to apologize through typing which ICly is my character speaking. They could have handled the situation in many other ways, instead of attempting to force me to use my microphone and apologize. They could have trialed me, etc instead of instantly shooting the character. I know all situation do not require court, but I believe firmly this was one of the situations as it was a crime that usually a court handles and not NHC shooting him. Overall, I believe the PK was not a last resort.

The other suggestion you told me to adopt through the same OOC Group Chat is be a “Death Squad” or “Goon Squad” which would easily result in my Character being killed. While acting in the interest of living and staying alive, valuing my characters life I choose to make the MGD an actual intelligence department as it is meant to be. You never directly gave me any IC orders, in the server or any other IC channels. Let’s first debunk this entire thing you attempted to claim. Every attempt you “gave” was involving me speaking through my microphone which I said no to, because I am not using my microphone. Absolutely not true, for 70% of the conversation you had enlisted individuals that has no IC purpose or benefit in the room until one hit me. You completely lacked control of the room, and had people messing around during the situation before the Perma-Kill of my character. You removed the individuals when I directly called you out about the situation.

After, I was detained by Lentz inside the MOI dragged to the ICC and brought into Tower's office filled with multiple enlisted individuals and generals where I was instantly called a retard by lentz asking me why I deserted, alongside the screaming of random enlisted individuals during a meeting with Tower just lacking any type of professionalism during the situation of the Perma-Kill on my CO char. Then I proceeded to tell him that I did not require his approval to transfer due to it being a known fact that I am allowed to transfer once I am terminated from my position in the Military. Tower attempted to make me use my microphone to say "I am sorry" which I refused, as I did not wish to use my microphone. Therefore he ordered me to be placed on a wall, and shot. Overall, I did not desert at all which was the main reason I suspect for my death to be NHC Ordered. Additional Information: This is the picture of lentz's announcement in MGD announcements of him firing me from my position as MGD chief.

Well that is out of the window when you break FearRP and radio when told not to. Absolutely untrue, you can review the clip I submitted to get the character PKed. This applies to like insulting someone OOCly and them detaining you based off of that, realistically in this server you can get detained for no reason. Which at that point you pursue ICly. Yes it was, I clearly stated in chat to stop moving. Alongside another individual stating in chat to not move aswell. Reason to be detained does not have to be provided at all. In conclusion to my response. I will reiterate the fact, 1. The Character was detained and shot for an IC reason. 2. FearRP was properly established by two individuals, and Bobb Pikeman failed to listen to our orders which lead to his untimely death. 3. The Order to not radio in while under gunpoint, was clearly stated before radioing in.

Hey, I am the individual in the Military that executed the PK, alongside requested it. Let's first pick into this appeal, I gave you specific orders to not radio in as it compromised the secrecy of the detainment of yourself and another individual within the Gericht. After giving you such you proceeded to radio in to you're faction that you were detained which gave me one option to kill you, and end the life of Bobb Pikeman. The 10 second rule stopped applying after you proceeded to radio in against the orders of myself while under gunpoint from myself and other individual within the Military. This resulted in the death of you're character. This does not matter one bit my friend, you're men proceeded to smart-off to the Field Marshal which resulted in him ordering your arrest, which resulted in your death. This also does not matter at all during PKs, you were detained and you broke Fearp. Most of the stuff said in this appeal does not even mean anything for PK appeals. Nor, was this PK handled poorly. There was clear RP done in the situation, and at the end of the situation you refused to comply with my order under fearp which resulted in the untimely demise of Bobb Pikeman.

After looking at the PK guidelines, and considering you approved such a PK. You lacked the ability to approve such an NHC Order PK, as all NHC ordered PKs are required to be handled by Upper Administration. “NHC Order PK request must be approved by Upper Administration+” The text above was pulled straight from the PK Guidelines page. This is another reason, why this PK is invalid.

Hey sparrow, Let’s get straight into the main course of this PK and debunk this. First off, let’s debunk this. Elite is a Moderator, he cannot overwatch PKs of High COs. This is clearly stated in the authorization category in the PK guidelines. So with that being found out by myself, there was no proper overwatch. This clip lacked any context to the situation, which shows no type of actual RP taking place. It is a clearly manipulated clip that only provided a few seconds then me being shot. No context to it at all. He was not present during the entire RP scene, nor can he overwatch a PK on COs in a government faction. He said “carry on” to the situation, as I was being dragged Frank King IV broke a global rule by falsely accusing me of ERPing with someone and as a result I made a staff ticket due to that breaking the environment of the RP situation. He also later confessed to speaking OOCly in his mic, which to my knowledge he is a member of the Staff Team meaning he should know better not to falsely accuse someone of ERPing with someone. The entire situation was completely ruined, and just a desperate attempt to make a PK on myself as the first resort, instead of a last resort. In conclusion, the PK was not being overwatched at all to ensure proper roleplay. With that being said, it is clearly an improper PK attempt as they did not go through the proper channels and processes of getting a authorized staff member to overwatch said PK. RP was also not proper, nor did a member of the PSD stay IC the entire time which completely ruined the environment like I stated before. The PSD also used the words of Elite to attempt to act as if it was being overwatched when it wasn’t. It’s actually petty.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well my PK from my knowledge lacked complete oversight from any type of staff member during the PK, considering during the situation a member of the PSD which I can assume It was an Individual by the name Frank King IV openly accused me of “ERPing” with a guy doing communist RP by the name of Marcus, he completely broke RP during the situation which broke the environment, which could have been prevented and or rectified if a staff member was overseeing the PK, which one did not. This was a PK on a member of RPI, which lacked oversight which is a major problem. My other reason for myself to be UnPKd as my PK went against a major guideline which is “Not using a PK as a Last Resort”, they could have attempted to handle my situation and actions differently, used different routes such as using the court system before getting you’re NHC to do a NHC ordered PK, and or attempted to confront myself about it.
