You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon." no weapon aimed from our side no damage was done from our side you just RDM'd. Hey, I'm the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you committed RDM twice, the military members were chasing someone, that's true, but you didn't threaten them with a gun or try to rp, instead you just shot them, which is just RDM, maybe even NITRP, plus your appeal is very poorly written, which just indicates that you really don't care.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you committed RDM, which you even admit in this appeal, the reason for the length of the ban is because you had one note for MRDM and two bans for RDM and MRDM, you also acted very rude when I tried to explain to you that you committed RDM and that and the above reasons are why you were banned because there is clearly a pattern and it seems you don't understand the rules. A personal piece of advice to you is that you should learn and accept the rules when you play on the server.

Hello, I'm the staff member who issued the permanent kill, and you're right, at first it was just a Temporary PK, but then it was converted to a Permanent PK, but on the other hand, it's true that the guidelines matched and that's why the PK request for your character was accepted in the first place.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you left the server to avoid Rp, you were in an active RP situation and left, there was a “man hunt” on you and you left and you were banned many times for the same reason and received many notes, I would even say that this ban should be extended because as you can see you have not learned from your past offenses and I even sent you a message on Discord and gave you about 10 minutes to return and you did not respond. So with that said, I don't think this ban should be lifted.

I'm not going to put much effort into this, because as you can see in this clip, you're just lying about the pk and the sit here, for whatever reason. The reason I threw your car in the air was because I was told by another member of the staff team that this was a bannable offense, so I shot you instead of giving you a ban or a note, this was first of all pretty early this morning and from my current perspective I understand that this action was a little inappropriate but still better than a punishment, I apologize for disrupting your rp.

The accusation of the VDM as well as the NITRP and RDM, abusing Staff Powers and abuse of C flags which I did not even have is satierial, because as you can see, No.1 VDM and I quote from the rules You may not run an individual over with your vehicle unless your life is in danger. I.e. the individual(s) are shooting at you or present an immediate life threat. Players who deliberately run towards moving vehicles or show a clear disregard for their own safety by running out into the road and not looking for oncoming vehicles and are then killed as a result would not be classed as VDM. I did hit people because they were in the way and also ran behind the car. Nr.2 NITRP I had the intention to rp, I wanted to see if this vehicle which landed on the stairs due to a small accident would fit through the door which it did. Nr.3 RDM was not conducted, as you can see in the clips. Nr.4 Abuse of staff authority after an RDM was conducted, a sit was held and a person was noted for the rules the person violated, I was not on my staff character in any of those clips. Nr.5 Abuse of C-Flags there would be no way to abuse them because I simply don't have them. As I said before, this report seems to be satierial.
