Hey, I'm the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you broke the New Life rules three times in a row. I can understand that it was quite late but the length of the ban was chosen because you were kicked once before for the same reason, to warn you, since you also behaved very rudely towards me but also your large number of past offenses was very large, this is why I decided to ban you for a week.

I got a seizure after reading this lol, anyways "You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon." no weapon aimed from our side no damage was done from our side you just RDM'd. I banned you because you committed RDM twice, the military members were chasing someone, that's true, but you didn't threaten them with a gun or try to rp, instead you just shot them, which is just RDM, maybe even NITRP, plus your appeal is very poorly written, which just indicates that you really don't care.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you committed RDM, which you even admit in this appeal, the reason for the length of the ban is because you had one note for MRDM and two bans for RDM and MRDM, you also acted very rude when I tried to explain to you that you committed RDM and that and the above reasons are why you were banned because there is clearly a pattern and it seems you don't understand the rules. A personal piece of advice to you is that you should learn and accept the rules when you play on the server.
