If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 0 notes/bans Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? -I was a super administrator for Digital Delta Gaming Prison RP for a little over a year but was unfortunately shut down for good we did not use Nutscript tho - I was a senior moderator here on Prometheus Networks Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that i could be a very valuable asset to the staff team considering my long tenure as a super administrator on a very populated server where it was almost like a dark rp like fan base which of course brings plenty of minges which also means lots of sits taken i had the most sits by a staff member ever on DDG with almost 4k sits so i have far more than enough experience in a sit to know how to conduct and handle myself accordingly with all kinds of people and i also have 1400 hours on gmod which shows I'm around for the long haul and do truly love the game. I also was formerly a car salesperson for a couple years so that further boosts my people skills and ability to handle any situation and i am also a donator and have a paid character which shows I'm committed to the server and would like to see it prosper financially as well. I have also had an interest in world war 2 which only grows the more and more I find out about it which keeps my passion for the server going. I also have a lot of time on my hands so typically I spend a couple hours on a day at least some days even more which of course helps everybody cause tickets can be taken faster and it all wont pile up as easy. In conclusion i think i would be a terrific asset to the staff team due to my prior experience, passion for the mode, way to much time on my hands, and finally my want for the server to succeed and stay up for as long as possible cause i do not wanna see the day it ends and i hope everyone reading this agrees! What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: I think that the duties of a moderator are handling a majority of tickets popping up including model changes and recruiting tickets as well as most minor sits as well because moderators must show that they can put in the work to move through the ranks and show the dedication to take even the most minor of tickets and help in anyway possible in a respectful and professional manner. I also think it is very important to have staff around to mute and or gag people and other things to keep all roleplay and immersion aspects going without the interruption of trolls and minges who are just here to ruin it for other people. In conclusion its staffs job to keep the server up to expectations of the committed players in a respectful and polite way and overall improve the server so we can all continue to enjoy it! I also witnessed the situation and the member of the small council made it very clear nothing was happening to him and you could of found that out by investigating the situation instead of instantly shooting another member of your faction inside you're own base.

While you are right that wasn't the smartest of things to do the only Dirt i had is the NSB shot me in the legs Im not sure that's enough dirt to PK someone if you ask me especially since i had no names and was blindfolded to really make sure i don't know who did it and i was also unaware of any guns on me in the first place considering i couldn't see

Character's name & rank: Leutnant Markus Klein SteamID32: STEAM_0:1:553498916 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Gary/Youssl Explain why you were PK'd: Apparently i was Dirt PKd by the NSB without having any real dirt other than the fact they shot me in the legs while i was blindfolded which i dont think makes any sense considering the fact i didnt have any of their names nor was i even able to see who shot me in the first place so this "dirt" i have doesnt make any sense to me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: So i believe there is a couple reasons the PK should be 1. They have no real dirt on me to begin with nothing they said or done i could possibly connect to who did it the only info i have is that they are NSB and thats it 2. In the clip i was given they very clearly say right in front of me "Dirt PK" at 1:36 once in chat and once over voice right in front of me which typically voids the situation entirely anyway 3. They were stonewalling throughout the entire process trying to get me to sign an NDA they would leave me in the cell and only interact when trying to get me to sign an NDA they made no attempt at doing anything else until i said i would get a staff member involved if they were just gonna stonewall and make me sit there all night cause I refused the NDA (still cooperated on anything else including a dossier they started after i mentioned stonewalling) Additional Info : Also it was mentioned to me that part of the reason was me shit talking the NSB which i think is completely normal and okay as long as you cooperate still i gave my full cooperation the entire way through the process even tho they were stonewalling trying to get me to sign a NDA which i denied at least 5 times but other than denying that i agreed to a dossier and the agreement for that and cooperated with everything else said to me or asked of me.
