Hello, I'm the staff member who banned you. An Feld member made a ticket saying "been spawncamped by a minge after arrest". I opened logs for the ticket maker, and tp'ed over to see you dragging him around in cuffs - nothing immediately off about it. I watched for a moment and notified the Feld member via PMs. I then watched you drag him to the Heer training building and drop him into one of the pits used for crouch training, a pit he could not exit while tied, and with the nearest other person all the way at the BB. I then sat for a bit longer to see if you were going to actually try to RP with him or mug him or interact with him at all, which you did not. You tried to walk away, in an obvious attempt to simply leave him there, tied, unable to exit. I then froze you and asked why you did that, since it was functionally identical to abandoning him in a cell. By this time, the logs had come up and showed three instances of you killing him in very short succession, at spawn. It became very clear what you were doing, that you had previously spawncamped him and were now trying to tie and leave him where he couldn't escape, with no intent to continue the RP scenario. You asked what was wrong and this is when the clip begins, with me explaining to you that you shouldn't abandon him there. I checked your notes, which showed 7 notes and 12 bans, including for mugging rules and NITRP. You then pulled out your K98 while frozen, which appeared as an attempt to kill him to disrupt the sit. In your own clip, you can see yourself pull out the K98 and then turn immediately towards the reporting player. While I did verbally admonish you for this, you never managed to turn your playermodel or shoot him and so I chose not to add any punishment for this. I decided on a one week ban. Originally I considered two weeks (the limit for a moderator), but since the original incident wasn't too terribly severe and the majority of the ban time would be coming from POs and the fact you simply cannot learn your lesson, I lowered it to one week before banning you. All things considered, this ban was relatively light. Had you successfully shot the reporting player, it would've been at least two weeks, likely longer with all the POs you have. You spawncamped someone, killed him three times, then tied him up and tried to abandon him where he couldn't escape in order to waste his time. Then you tried to lie about it, saying it was just a normal arrest and were subsequently banned. Please read over the rules again and stop getting banned, best wishes on the appeal.

Hello Krump. Thank you for taking the time to make a report. I was on my KG character when I witnessed a kidnapping into the Baumerwerke building next to the bank; two or three suited civilians kidnapping a third one in a white outfit. Your car was sitting outside with you, also suited, in it. I tried to get some NSB to follow me and free the civilian but they lagged behind. As I went into the building to see if the kidnappers were all still there, I heard your radio go off. This gave me the impression that you were in radio contact with the kidnappers as a getaway driver. I couldn't challenge two likely armed kidnappers, so I decided to arrest you (thereby disrupting the getaway) until NSB/LaPo could arrive to help against the kidnappers. This is about when your first clip begins. I ordered you out of the car, you didn't reply, but due to the earlier radio message I believed you had sent, it appeared you were faking AFK to get out of the arrest. I chose to remove your car to access you; in hindsight I probably should've given more warning before removing the vehicle, but in light of the belief you were only pretending to be AFK it made more sense then. You then began to speak and I tried to arrest you. Because of the armed kidnappers, it was possible you were also armed and so I wanted you to stay turned away from me. You turned towards me and when I ordered you, under gunpoint, to turn around you failed to do so and were subsequently shot. The kidnappers were then killed by me and the LaPo who arrived at the end of your first video. I then got on my staff character to observe the ongoing situation at the ICC since a MRDM had occurred 15 minutes earlier at a similar situation at the LaPo station and it seemed possible again. The situation was relatively stable and didn't seem likely to escalate, so I began to take tickets when I saw an RDM ticket. I answered it and teleported to the complainant, who was you. When I took the ticket, I didn't know whose it was or that it was from you. Your clip is cut short and doesn't include our whole discussion; you said someone killed you and I asked what happened. You described the circumstances and I replied that I was the one who killed you. You claimed it was RDM, I tried to explain the circumstances to you while making it clear that this wasn't a staff judgment on my part, merely my description of what happened. You told me you were AFK looking at your other monitor and I apologized for the killing since, with you being legitimately AFK, it was harsh. Your second clip starts here, and I informed you that being AFK still does not make you immune to arrest and that if you are in a place where you cannot be accessed (i.e. a car) that whatever is blocking access to you can be removed. While I explained it you walked away saying you'd report me for taking my own ticket, and I told you to feel free to make another ticket for another staff member to handle. I admit that it was harsh to remove your car so quickly, based on the misapprehension that you were only pretending to be AFK to avoid arrest. My taking your ticket wasn't indicative of an attempt to prevent your ticket being taken by someone else or to punish you; I took it because I didn't recognize your name or the circumstances (I never got your name until the ticket, and the ticket itself just said "rdm"). There was no malice in taking your ticket, and if you had requested another staff member I'd have gotten one for you. Instead, you decided to argue with me about having been killed while claiming that being AFK made you immune from the arrest, something which has never been the case. Again, thank you for taking the time to make a report. I'm sorry that you believe my actions were intentional or rude towards you, and I'm sorry that they disrupted your experience on the server.

Hello, thank you for appealing. On the 20th (happy Apollo 11 anniversary), you were fired from the VW at my behest due to unprofessionalism and also because someone claimed you mugged him. As is normal, you were searched before you were fired and you had no radio. After you were let go, you were killed by an Unteroffizier. You then went to your bank account and retrieved a radio and proceeded to micspam and scream into the Volkswacht frequency. I told you to stop but you continued, so you were kicked. On reconnecting, you made a ticket saying "false kick i got clip of me robbing the radio". Then I explained that the issue wasn't metagame with regard to how you obtained the radio, it was the micspam and general lacking desire to roleplay meaningfully. During the first time I spoke to you, I may have been a tad unclear on the issue. I asked you to drop the radio because you clearly didn't intend to roleplay meaningfully with it, and the circumstances you obtained it with were unusual, since you didn't have the radio when we searched you, and you didn't have a weapon with which to have mugged someone for their radio. Additionally, logs show you did not tie up or search anyone between the being fired and the ban. You declined to drop the radio, and I told you this could result in a ban because you had three notes from earlier today. You continued to refuse to drop the radio (which would have ended the matter, as you wouldn't be able to micspam or scream via the radio anymore) which resulted in you being banned. Additionally, after you were banned, you chose to harass me in the main discord, as well as being rude to other users when they offered you advice for the appeal (advice you then took, having changed it from apology to dispute). Normally I'd have just told you off, but you had three POs including two from May 24th which said 'Inappropriate names galore, "Dr.Nigsworth, Dr.Nigachicken"', and a second subsequent note for 'Inappropriate name again, slur. Final chance.' Because of the fact that you have a prior history of this and were clearly not learning your lesson, I decided on a ban instead.

If you tried to rejoin because of the 'rebrands', why didn't you try joining on your main steam account instead of making three brand new accounts to play gmod?
