It’s standard practice for reported staff to reply to the reports. Your report was actually sent to me by a member of UA shortly after being posted specifically because that reply is expected. Your own clip shows that you had the opportunity to leave and declined it by running away from the open gate, and that the soldier was patient and did not fire on you for several seconds, and even then only fired warning shots to warn you that he was willing to fire the weapon. You disregarded this situation and are now feigning ignorance of your own mischief in the hopes it’ll deceive UA. Dishonorable. Other than the loaded gun, armed soldier, him previously telling you to leave, and the warning shots? Wrong. Staff are permitted to intervene in an IC occurrence if it is deemed that one party has a disregard for the situation and RP. This happens regularly, such as minges being kicked during speeches - yelling insults repeatedly at someone during a planned out and organized speech (i.e. presidential inauguration) isn’t an unheard of thing in real life, but it will still often see someone punished OOCly (gagged or kicked) because their behavior is considered broadly unthinking and idiotic. It happens. I'm not going to reply further unless requested to; I’ve made my point and responded to yours.

Your interaction with Valorant and your POs both indicate the broad disregard you have for both the rules and for basic politeness, common sense, and critical thinking skills. Trying to loophole the rules by pretending like him shooting at you twice gives you leeway to do whatever you please as though he doesn’t still have a loaded gun aimed at you, further demonstrates how little you actually care. You acted like a minge, and were handled accordingly. Then when you were being *properly compensated* for having been RDMed, you freaked out on another staff member and threatened to report them. It goes to show the complete disregard you have for the staff team and the server.

Hello. I am the staff member in question for this report. Thank you for filing a report. You had been breaking FearRP during this situation. You accessed the ICC illegally and the soldier tried to escort you out through the front gate; instead you behaved like an idiot and ran for the garage exit. The soldier had his weapon pointed at you and demonstrated restraint and patience and did not fire on you until you were beyond the Bendlerblock and had repeatedly disobeyed his obvious desire for you to stop. I had seen your POs and knew of your previous permanent ban which you earned by being a nuisance of the discord. I decided that instead of letting you give this soldier a likely unsatisfying conclusion where he shoots you and then you, a random civilian of no particular value to him, is PKed; I decided to allow him the option of trialing you or turning you over to police if he chose, rather than let the scenario be ruined by your tomfoolery. I'm not sure what the clip is meant to show, other than that I did freeze and tie you (which is not in contention). What's left out of this trimmed clip is the discussion I had with you afterwards, where I explained that you were being frozen so as to allow the soldier (who had displayed a regard for the roleplay scenario) to capture you, rather than be left annoyed and dissatisfied. Additionally after this, you made a ticket 'can karl frudel please untie me i'm stuck'. I then came over and untied you since you seemingly couldn't be untied by the soldier. You made a ticket some minutes after for RDM, which was claimed by @Valorant. Here is an image of your interaction with him seen through logs. You gave him the character ID of the person who killed you, and Valorant began the sit. When Valorant agreed with your ticket and stated that he would give the offender a verbal warning, you agreed to this light punishment. Then, while Valorant explained the situation to the offender, you began to shout and scream calling him a retard and saying he was being abusive, in both voice chat and in text after being gagged (as seen in the above screenshot). He gagged you, calmly explained to you the reasoning and how to file a staff report if you believed his actions were abusive, and then he ungagged you and returned you. It is abundantly clear from both of these interactions that you have very little regard for the server, for roleplay in general, or for the staff team. Threatening to file staff reports over a staff member politely explaining a situation to you is a unique level of intellectual disability. Harassing people who volunteered to spend their time keeping the community as enjoyable for the playerbase as possible, is honestly pathetic and I hope sincerely that you can get out of this habit.
