However, you still did LTARP. I have a clip of you saying you had to leave, and then leaving about a minute or two later. You did not attempt to sort the situation out with staff beforehand. He is the chief of the Reserve Army and is the deputy of the chief of the military district. He makes sure the military is in top shape, and is constantly working to improve it. It was for either FailRP or NITRP because me and a friend broke into the pantheon during minge hours and activated the alarms. While this may seem bad, I have no previous staff experience. However, I am a quick learner and am willing to put the time in to be the best staff member that I can possibly be. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Personally, I have been in a lot of unique experiences as my character. I’ve almost been PKed on many separate occasions, and I understand the guidelines behind them. I’ve also handled plenty of PKs, so I know how it is an absolute last resort to a problem. I also understand the basics (RDM, NITRP, Powergaming). I’ve gone over the rules, not too in depth, but enough to get a basic understanding. As a staff, I will absolutely make sure I know the ins and outs of every rule to make sure I can come up with a proper solution. I understand how it is crucial to have a good understanding of every choice and situation i could possibly be put into. Not only that, but I am also an extremely active member. I was gone for a few months due to being very busy with my life, but now I am back, and I will be as active as possible. I am usually free most days of the week, except for maybe 1-2 due to work, and even on the days I work I will still be able to be on the server when I get home. On weekends, it is rare that I’m not free during peak hours, which will allow me to be active and ready to help people. On top of this, I am usually active during late night hours, which will allow me to help as many people that need it, even when the server isn’t populated. I am very friendly, good with problems, and also amazing with coming up with solutions. I will absolutely not take sides, and I will make sure that there is definitive proof before coming to a conclusion. I am good at communicating with people, while maintaining an assertive image. While I may not know too much about the logistics of staffing, I am a very easy and quick learner. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: There are countless duties to being a staff member, but I’ll list the two most important categories: 1. Moderating: One of the most important duties of a staff member is to moderate the server. This includes handling people who break the rules and deterring anybody who might possibly break a rule. This is important for many reasons. It allows a better experience for RPers, it helps manage and limit disputes, and it helps keep the server in a good image for new players. 2. Assisting: A not very mentioned duty of a moderator is helping players out. I’ve had many scenarios where I’ve had to call a mod to help me figure out a rule, and this made my experience so much easier than having to decipher a confusing rule by myself. Helping also includes the little stuff, like transferring someone into a faction or freeing a player who's been stuck in the cells for an hour. These things just lead to a better experience, and help people stay active.
