As the deputy of the Minister of Labor I manage the administration of the Ministry of Labor and assist with the different  duties of the Minister of Labor. 

 

Leutnant Hans Rosenberg. 

As the commander of the I. Custodes Century of the Kaisergarde I command a Cenutury of men performing trainings and administration of the whole century.

 

How long have you been roleplaying?: Roleplaying for upwards of 5-6 years been roleplaying on the ww2 genre now for 2-3 years.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: I haven't been staff in any notable servers however I do have good understanding of Nutscript.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe you should pick me for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I have been apart of the community for a while now, and while I've been here I have made a variety of new friends and acquaintances and had lots of different experiences and memories which I wouldn't of had if it wasn't for this server and I wish to give back to the server by becoming apart of the Prometheus Networks Staff Team. 

One of the main reasons that I am applying is that I care about the server. I enjoy being on the server, the roleplay on the server and the people on the server. I want to make sure that both new and old players will also enjoy the server like I do and I will do this by ensuring that the server runs smoothly by getting rid of the minges who wish to disrupt the roleplay and helping those who need it out.

Another reason you should pick me for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team is because I want to protect the player base and keep the server fair and enjoyable for all. I've seen how all it takes is a few people to start breaking the rules can just ruin the roleplay for everyone and I want to become part of the staff team to stop this and make sure they are dealt with properly. I also enjoy keeping things in order and making sure that the rules are followed because I know how important rules are in keeping servers thriving and growing. I also want to ensure fairness and that everyone should have the same chances to enjoy the server and as a staff member I'd make sure people are treated with respect and without bias. I also want to be apart of the staff team so that when players are confused or unsure they can get pointed in the right direction and make sure that they don't accidentally break the rules.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

In my own opinion, staff have a variety of duties and responsibilities. Their main duty is to police the server, this is done by ensuring everyone is following the rules by taking tickets and punishing rule breakers. However, they also have a responsibility to make sure roleplay remains enjoyable and uninterrupted by unnecessary OOC problems. This includes not making mistakes in rule enforcement like banning the wrong person or banning someone without enough evidence like in he said she said situations. A staff member also has a responsibility to take tickets this is to ensure that the server remains staffed at all times and that even the smallest of problems are dealt with so that all have a good experience while on the server. I believe that the duty of the staff is to handle rule-breakers, help out players when requested or needed, and most importantly ensure the server remains fun and immersive at all times.

I like your application esspectially the design you put into it, but it seems a little excessive to my eyes. yes the purple is good to read on but its too much, a little stright forward is better in my eyes. But all in all I like it you seem like a good guy even though I've never seen you. I'd support it.
