Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  
During the quieter hours, I was arresting the Imperial Guard general. I did this to create a small mini-event for the Imperial Guard. In the process, I impulsively killed a member of the Imperial Guard, which was counted as RDM (), something I find questionable since this person saw me arresting the general and even ran in my direction. I was then shot on my way to the ICC (Infantry Congress Center). After i got shot, the general entered the ICC base and arrested me after my death, meaning I initially died due to RDM from the Imperial Guard. The NLR (New Life Rule didn't apply, and the staff member completely ignored it. After the incident, I immediately submitted a ticket to the staff member, apologizing for the RDM and requesting a staff meeting. The staff member ignored this as well and banned me out without a sit to clarify everything. I was roleplaying the entire time, and the staff member is banning me for "NITRP",which I also find questionable, because i was trying to clarify my misstake, he was ignoring everything,  and then i get NITRP, the staff did not even heared my side.  I'm sorry if I really did RDMd the person, but five days for something where I was trying to set up an RP scenario with people actively participating seems excessive. I mean, if we keep banning people for things like this, the RP will suffer. Sure, it's different if you ban someone for RDM when it was without context, but in my case, there was some context, which is why I find the five-day ban unjustified.

So, the fact that I was killed in the RP scenario—they could have just used the video to PK me—but to get a five-day ban for creating a RP scenario is excessive. The fact that the staff and General ignored the other facts, like the NLR ( and that the staff also ignored it is more than questionable.

I haven't had a record for a rule violation in over a year.

I would also like to complain about a case involving the moderator @MomsMom : A few days ago, I was writing advertisements with another character, in a roleplay context, that we would arrest the general. When my character was then PKd and I was back on my main character, he told all the members of the Imperial Guard that it was me who wrote those advertisements with my other character.  He brought the stuff he know on OOC in IC, so the otherones knew stuff they never would know, however, was that he publicly humiliated me, and as a result, I was ostracized by my faction because of this staff member. He should also comment on this.

I hope we can resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you for clarifying, and I apologize for my mistake.

You should mug players in secluded locations to avoid being seen." (Mugging Rule 3). You were banned for NITRP for the following "You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. A list of approved in-game ranks can be found here LINK" (General Rule 27). Kidnapping a general is not roleplay especially not from a random Heer Grenadier.

NLR Didnt apply as "The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character." (General Rule 4) This means that you forgot about your actions and what you did however they did not and are fully able to arrest you, report you, or do anything to you as a result of your previous actions which is why it was ignored.

Apologies from my side here somewhat I did accept your first ticket shown in the image and didn't look at the rest, on hindsight I should of brought you to a sitroom but it would not of changed my verdict either way it also not the player's responsibility to create 'Mini events' that is for staff gamemasters and to reiteriate kidnapping a general is just not roleplay.
