I have been banned on this server once for saying the n word and trying to ban evade and what i have done to prevent it is not saying slurs (the n word) and if i get banned again i wont ban evade and just take it on the chin

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I will be on everyday and will be actively roleplaying and being a staff member. I will also make Prometheus a better roleplaying environment. I understand that there are already many many staff members but I want to be apart of the staff team to stop minges as well not to have power or flex that I am apart of the staff team but i really HATE minges there are many times where i have tried to just get on and play and rp and have a good time like everyday and got called a nazi or a fascist and i really hate the ones who are literal nazis and racist who get on just to shit on people playing when they are literal brainless dickheads. One time i was trapping a minge inside of a prop because i have flags and I GOT IN TROUBLE which i understand but the minge got off with a warning after i got a clip of him killing me and breaking nlr after he kept harassing me so i want to be able to deal with that on my own or when im with my friends just hanging out talking ooc or when we are out rp'ing like at a federal council meeting. I also want to be a huge help with tickets, I understand that it sucks to wait forever for tickets so i want to be extremely fast with tickets and get to everyone who i can as quick as possible. I also cant stress enough how much i want a more enjoyable roleplaying experience. I want to help create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on the server by enforcing rules properly and respectfully. I believe good staff should communicate clearly, stay calm in difficult situations, and always prioritize roleplay quality and player enjoyment above everything else.

the duties and responsibilities of the position i am applying for are mainly about helping keep the server fun fair and enjoyable for everyone as a staff member i would be responsible for answering tickets quickly listening to players and handling situations calmly and respectfully this includes dealing with rule breakers minges and trolls while making sure decisions are fair and based on evidence i believe it is important to explain rules instead of just punishing people especially newer players who may not fully understand them yet being staff also means working closely with the rest of the team supporting each other and stepping in when situations start to get out of hand i would always avoid abusing staff powers and focus on improving roleplay quality overall my goal would be to help create a welcoming environment where players can relax roleplay and enjoy their time on the server without unnecessary issues.

You need to work on your community presence, I am not aware of you outside of a couple forum posts. We will see what others say if its positive or negative. From reading some of your posts you don't quite fully understand how our game mode works. I recognize you are trying to learn but staff need to be knowledgeable of the community and game mode to effectively administrate the server.

Give it more time if you dont get accepted this time and work on those things above. Best wishes.
