I believe that I should be picked for the Prometheus Networks staff team for several important reasons. First, I have a genuine interest in becoming staff and contributing positively to the server. This is not something I am applying for casually. I understand that being staff is a responsibility, not a position of power, and I am prepared to prioritize helping the community over my own gameplay when necessary. I also have relevant experience as a Garry’s Mod staff member on a previous RP server. In that role, I handled player reports, resolved disputes, and enforced server rules fairly. That experience helped me understand how important patience, communication, and neutrality are when dealing with admin sits.

Another reason I believe I am a strong candidate is my activity and long-term involvement with the server. I have been around for two years and know almost every aspect of how the server operates. I understand the rules, the expectations, and the general flow of roleplay. This knowledge would allow me to handle tickets more efficiently and make informed decisions when responding to situations.

Additionally, I recognize that the staff team can become overwhelmed at times, leading to longer ticket wait times. If accepted, I would actively work to reduce that by taking as many tickets as possible during my playtime and ensuring players receive timely assistance. My goal would be to remain calm, unbiased, and professional in every situation while helping maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone.

In my own words, the duties and responsibilities of a staff member on Prometheus Networks are first and foremost to take tickets and assist the community with whatever they need. This can include answering questions, handling reports of rule violations, or helping resolve disputes between players. A staff member must listen to both sides of a situation, review any available evidence, and make fair decisions based on the server rules. Another key responsibility is handling promotions, demotions, and transfers when requested, ensuring everything is done properly and according to server guidelines.

I understand that being staff is not just about punishing players. It is also about supporting them. Whether someone is stuck in a wall, confused about a rule, or unsure how the server works, staff are there to guide and assist. Professionalism, patience, and neutrality are essential at all times. A staff member represents the server and must help maintain a respectful, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
