If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

 

I got 2 rdm notes and 1 metagaming notes back in 2024, the rdm ones I don’t remember why exactly i got them since it was long ago, but the metagaming is because I was in a discord call with someone else who also was in the game at the time.
I will not be calling anybody that is currently in the city and talk to them about ic situations anymore, and i have not done so in the last 2 years.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?  

I was a staff member of two MilitaryRP servers that used nutscript.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I should be picked because of my qualities as a roleplayer and as a person. I’ve been more centered and calm, and I’m able to detach most of my personal feelings toward people or institutions in the name of business and fairness. I also speak three languages: Italian (native), Portuguese (native), and English (advanced). I would make my availability, whether in late hours or normal hours, a time to help others reach resolutions, follow the rules, and maintain the fun and healthy roleplay community we currently have.

On a personal level, I like to believe I am someone who is well-liked by many and who actively tries not to bother or disrupt others. I do this because I believe we should treat others how we wish to be treated. That’s also why I enjoy helping and teaching others who are willing to learn, although I don’t have a lot of patience for trolls.

When handling disputes, I always like to hear both sides of the story separately before issuing a verdict or jumping to a conclusion.

I have also been part of the community for two years now, and for the most part without complaints. Even though I have never been a staff member on Prometheus before, I have been involved in some sits and have observed the work of many exemplary staff members.

I have also been contributing to the roleplay scenario a lot, and many of the factions I’ve been within have greatly benefited from my presence, with organization and numbers always increasing.

In the end, I think I should be chosen for the role because I believe I am a good example of a roleplayer. I love to help others as much as I can, and I am willing to help, teach, and guide others by example, not just theory. I will put my heart into my work, even though it is a staff role.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

I am applying to take on the duties of an “enforcer,” helper, and situation solver. I will have the daily responsibilities of assisting people in factions—not just mine, but others as well—helping players with questions about server rules, situations, and other nuances. I will work to preserve a better roleplay environment, monitor the server for minges and trolls, record evidence, and take action accordingly, following an escalating course of action in most cases (PO, kick, then ban).

I will also have the responsibility of not abusing my powers for personal benefit, even if it is tempting. I will help players even if I personally don’t like them and remain fair in all situations, using evidence to guide my decisions and judgment. I believe the position I am applying for requires a high level of fairness.

I will also have a ticket quota to meet, and I am willing to do so on the days my workload permits, which is most of them.

Wrote the application himself, with some minor edits by me, which is impressive given the 3 languages. 

Would be a good addition to the team. He has been around a while and seems to stay out of trouble. Last note is 2 years ago.
