I have been playing this server since 2023.

It was about 11pm-12am and there was no one really on, and everybody was just joking around and having fun, we were all killing and chilling. I killed someone and I guess they did not like that.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I have been a staff member on other servers, mostly DarkRP servers. I have never been a staff member on a roleplay server like this. 

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I should be chosen for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because I genuinely care about the server and its community. I have a fun time at the server because I can either share happy moments with my friends or I can observe the chaotic roleplay events. My main motivation comes from my desire to create this passion which I consider to be essential for staff members who need to possess this quality. My intention for the server goes beyond playing because I wish to make improvements to it. I dedicated extensive time to the server during which I maintained regular activity especially in roleplay. The staff members who are responsible for their duties need to be present when they are expected to assist players. I want players to feel comfortable making tickets for even the smallest issues because every concern matters. I want to achieve more than what others expect from me while I work to help the player community. I strongly value integrity, respect, and professionalism, qualities that are essential for any staff member. I understand that being on staff requires you to handle situations while you need to establish the overall atmosphere of the entire server. The server needs a strong staff team because they maintain fairness and enjoyment while a weak team will decrease the overall experience. I want to be part of the team that ensures the server maintains a high standard. My experience in sits teaches me the staff members follow a process which includes hearing both sides of a situation while they evaluate proof to make equitable conclusions. I can manage tough situations through composed and professional behavior when I work under pressure. I will accept all the duties and challenges that this role brings to me. I will put forth my best effort to achieve all my commitments. I want to help the server maintain its high standards while I work to create a welcoming atmosphere for all users.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The duties and responsibilities of this position require me to always act professionally and respectfully while helping maintain a positive server environment. My responsibilities as staff member include handling tickets and assisting players while resolving issues to avoid any interruptions in roleplay. Fast response times become critical when players create disturbances because those incidents can damage the experience for other users. I need to treat every situation with fairness because I must maintain my impartiality. The procedure requires listening to both parties while examining all available evidence and making no assumptions before reaching a conclusion. Staff members must execute their duties through problem resolution work while ensuring that all players receive equal and fair treatment.

Staff members face stricter behavior expectations than ordinary players must follow. I would need to maintain active professional behavior while treating others with respect during all my activities both when I work and when I do not. My primary duty involves community support through proper rule enforcement and maintenance of server operations.
