Explain why you were PK'd: I was walking around talking with a KG Officer when this Komisar in the NSB walks out and i yell "Get the hell outta here you NSB or NRD whatever you are" and after i yelled that he attempted to Kidnap me during which i attempted to defend myself

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  I believe i should as Govoner has said in the Sit that he "Didn't know how the rules worked"  In regards to Number Requirement in Fear RP situations, As well as I believe that the PK was invalid due to only One person having his gun on me the Entire time with the KG standing off to the Side not Interviening as well as he said "You are breaking Fear RP" in game.

Hello, I'm Governor, the staff member that handled the PK request. The fact that you stopped so low as to claim I said that "I didn't know how the rules worked" is actually sad,  but it's okay. I explained to you that this is blatant FearRP breaking, and that the rules are up to staff interpretation if not specified on the forums. And yes, he did state that 'You are breaking Fear RP", and this was one time at 0:03 in the clip you sent. This does not nullify the PK as you continued to move around while under gunpoint from one person. You blatantly broke FearRP and suffered the consequences for it.

If You look i did not stoop low at any point i simply stated as you did and in no way misrepresented it ""Didn't know how the rules worked"  In regards to Number Requirement in Fear RP situations" There was no mallace in this. Stooping Low is being petty and that is one thing i am not
