Explain why you were PK'd:  I was detained for wanting to transfer out of the miltary, I was brought to a questioning room and I was not even questioned or asked to sign anything and was brought to a room and Pk'd, without a court trial, all for wanting to transfer out of the military. I really don't understand why I went straight to a PK on my character I am at a loss.  (also, sorry Mom's mom for when I was shot, I acted out of RP and asked said that it was an invalid PK, I am truly sorry for that outburst)

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  I feel like that I should not be PK'd just for wanting to transfer out of the Marines and the military, I would have taken a demotion or anything, but they decided to PK me. I am at a loss for why this was done to me for wanting to transfer, I was just appointed as kommodore I understand why he was mad, but like I said, I would have taken a demotion or anything like that but I was not given a trial or anything and was killed.

Additional Information: Sorry for the short appeal but I really don't know the best way to go about saying this without getting straight to the point.

He was NHC order PK'ed by myself, for (after asking to transfer) being outed as a rat by the Konteradmiral. He had lured the Konteradmiral into a meeting at the cafe, where 10 members of the National Security Bureau burst out and arrested the admiral, with Burkhart not being placed in cuffs at all. This was also just after being meta-promoted by myself to Kommodore, which is also very scummy.

You were PKed under the NHC order guideline. Your NHC provided sufficient evidence that you were working with an opposing faction. You then were killed by your superior which is acceptable in the majority of cases. The same way a GO can request a PK on a Leutnant etc.

I must note that you did not roleplay properly during this interaction. You said out loud multiple times that it was not a valid PK and that you could not be pked over voice chat in roleplay which was very gay. You were subsequently shot. You were then scolded on how your actions were NITRP and could have been banned. Despite you trying to spoil this situation with your lack of roleplay I decided to go forward with the PK.

Even if you disagree with the roleplay occuring you do not get to decide that it is invalid and go out of character. The proper course of action is to either make an appeal (pks) or contact a member of staff if you think it was fail rp.

I have not seen any evidence and was not told this, I also never cooperated with any other factions So I am confused
