PK appeal

Explain why you were PK'd: I was shot by Lapo after accidentally pulling my gun (I had unequipped it about half a second before they shot me) someone said "pk him", I make it all the way back to the MOI, leave the server. I then get back online and find out I was banned.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I really like this character and being in the gendarmerie. This is my first character and I don't know If I was supposed to stop and be detained by the Lapo or whatever. I'm asking for a little bit of mercy here and a second chance if possible.
