Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I have gotten an order, which was to murder all the heer in the Kreigsmarshalls hall from my commander Wolfgang Sigmar. I believe i even said "Are you sure?" as they didnt have guns equipped. I was following orders, and never got put into a sit unlike my peers (from what i heard) who also did the same and never got banned.

Additional Information: It was a coup.

Hi, I was the staff member who banned you. The reason the other individual wasn't banned was due to you being the one who started the gunfight and being the only one who killed individuals, and your previous offences of RDM, and NITRP. The other individual was noted, and will be banned if this does occur again.

Additional Information: It wasnt a coup.

I understand it came out of nowhere. We had a order to shoot, and then we realized (after i was banned) it wasnt a coup.

I also never shot first as i had a Gewher, not an mp40. I asked multiple times on the radio "In the hall? After watching your side of the incident you got mistaken for the individual in the clip I attached that started opening fire, and you shouldnt of been banned, my apologies for not taking you to a sit at the time I believed you were just randomly RDMing.

I have taken the time to review all of the video provided in this situation. I think there was a misunderstanding after reading Thomas' final comments. While this is not the best role play in the world I can hear a Major ordering for all of you being arrested and your other Heer member opens fire. Its to my understanding that he was PKed for starting the gunfight after being under threat of arrest. It appears that you reacted to this gunfire and your fellow soldier being gunned down and returned fire to others.

Based on the evidence and statements provided your appeal will be accepted.
