Additional Information:  I asked meem what I did wrong, and his response was to fling me around in that clip I provided.

He flings wild accusations at me for no apparent reasons when I met him first in character today, I was only trying to get a gun license, extension on my lease and a license to fish on my character Maylon Iyne. I wanted to start a business out of the garage down the street from the NYPD so I could roleplay as a factory owner. He hasn't spoken to me at all over discord, in two days. I've been trying to get my gun license for three days. 

 

I did my best to try and understand the situation, and he completely blocked each attempt.

Not sure who that is flinging your car about, but it's not me. At the time I was speaking to the Logistics Commissioner, while you repeatedly made tickets wondering why I was ignoring you.

I didn't call you a pedophile, nobody who was in my group did. Nonsense. Jimmy called you a rapist because you "wouldn't take no for an answer", after following us for several city blocks.

This report stinks of injured pride and childish revenge, making a staff report because I ignored you.

that's funny cause you first teleported and shot me point blank, that ticket was recorded and so the logs should be present on where that happened

secondly, you took my ticket, didn't address the situation and instead opted to ravage my car with your physgun and kill me

As I said before, I didn't "ravage" your car and kill you. As you know, you are pretty unpopular. It's clear someone else saw your tickets, which were not deserving in any way of staff intervention and were an obvious attempt to embarrass me in front of the staff team, and decided to throw you around because they have a similar experience of annoyance with you. While I cannot condone it, I understand it. 

I took your ticket because it was addressed directly to me, by name. I am not obliged to "address the situation" when no such situation exists, the staff team is not your personal venting tool. Making tickets because you're upset someone ignored you is like crying to a cop that a stripper didn't wanna kiss you. Please be less pathetic in future.

None of what I did was to try and embarrass you, none of what I wanted was to be an ass. I legitimately just wanted to buy my gun license, extend my lease and get a fishing license too. I needed the comptroller for three days because my business kept getting raided by random civilians with guns and lockpicks. All because I use my warehouse, and had exactly one employee so far. That was the IC incentive, and even then, 

I reached out to you a total of three times regarding the gun license, over two days, no response on any single one of them. You are THE ONLY PERSON that I can go to for any of this, and now you've blocked me for trying to go to you for any of this. You quite literally said no to me trying to get a gun license, for trying to get a gun license. But that's all IC.

 

Here's the bigger issue, and probably the only material one; you used your staff powers to, instead of actually talk to me like another person just trying to play the server; teleport and shoot me, then fling my car when I ask what I did wrong.

P.S. I'm almost certain physgun related damage is recorded in logs. At least in most sandbox servers I play.

I chose to bring you and chastise you after you had repeatedly harassed me, both via discord and in-game, attempting to speak to me. You even went to the length of having someone else message me about it, and repeatedly following me around. I brought you to chastise you about making tickets which are unnecessary and a continued form of this harassment, and shot you when you chose to continue to justify it.

It is remarkably scummy of you to engage in this sort of targeted harassment of a player, who obviously does not want to speak to you, and then instead of taking the hint you make tickets, exposing the matter to the staff team to embarrass me, and then make this report which consists of nothing more than your hurt feelings.

You didn't chastise me though, you literally shot me. You asked me what kind of retardation I had, then shot me. I next said in @ "I legitimately don't know what I did wrong", then you took my ticket, and more than likely, YOU, used the ticket's quick buttons to goto, then fling me around in my car and blow me up, instead of actually promptly explain what I might have done that you felt the need to not talk to me at all.

You addressed me as Codda in character. Not a big deal, except that in tandem with everything else you did, you kept Codda, my discord, as the name in mind when you decided to say I, Codda, am specifically barred from ever getting a gun license. That's an out of character punishment, used ICly, for literally no reason. You not wanting to talk to me, is very easy to express, but when you DON'T talk, it implies I did something worse than catch you in a bad mood. This means you're either holding out on why you wouldn't speak to me, or you're very, very childish, and wanted to make something out of nothing. 

And, dare I say, you're emotional about this, because literally none of this had to do with you as a person, until you decided to make it about me as a person. I have no interests in fighting, arguing or embarrassing you, but you felt any or all of those ways because you just didn't know how to say "no, I don't want to talk about this right now", or "No, I'm busy". You're obviously either mad at me for something, or find me annoying OOCly. I don't bother you ICly. My DMs with you were entirely business oriented, and I just wanted to do business, but you were so, so keen on making sure I couldn't do that, by giving me the silent treatment for no reason, and then abusing your IC power for me being annoying to you OOC, then abusing your staff powers to punish me for trying to find out what happened that made you act SO drastically.

Somebody who actually does business with you might actually know something about you. Let's ask him.

 

So which is it? Do you not like the frequency of me asking you over the course of two days, three times, with no response to any of those times?

P.S. I never sent any individual after you to talk to you for me, I actually did put out a literal bounty just to find you and get my license faster because I wanted that license as soon as possible, in fact today I came to my business completely ransacked and the lockers broken open, meaning whatever was valuable enough to keep in was probably taken. The containers were also lockpicked.

This wasn't a means of harassment at all, especially when I'm not aware you don't want to talk at all, nor would I have a reason to believe it either. I wanted money, I wanted to make money, roleplay as a business owner and lawful gun owner so I could safely run a business, and for whatever reason you totally disagreed with that idea.
