Day to day, he doesn’t do much. How long have you been roleplaying?: I’ve been roleplaying with Prometheus since 2023, though I joined the server earlier than that in a less serious manner. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have multiple notes, 5 for RDM, 4 notes for prop minge, and 1 note for metagaming. I have 5 previous bans, with the latest one being in January of last year. I was a dumbass and did whatever seemed the most fun or convenient to me, though I've learned to not be selfish. It’s been more than a year since my last ban, as I've worked hard to improve myself and the quality of my roleplay. I took a break last year, and have come back better than ever. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: Back when Trusted was still a thing, I was trusted and often used it to recruit people into the military. It's been a while since I’ve used the commands, but I bet that I can relearn it easily. In terms of staff experience, I have none. I’ve never been on staff before. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I should be picked to become a staff member for Prometheus because I am experienced with the server and Gmod, I’m familiar with the rules and what constitutes rulebreaking, and have learned from my past experiences to become a better member of the community. I’ve been part of this community for a long time, and I believe that I can step up to contribute something more meaningful. I've been on the server for a total of 4 weeks (playtime), not including time before the server wipe and Imperial RP. In Gmod, I have a total of 2,400 hours, with most of that time spent here. I have a plentiful amount of free time, usually in the evening, and have been and will be active. This would allow me to take more tickets and assist the team in many different ways, whether that be as listed taking tickets, helping other new moderators with things I may already know and helping out in the discord with answering any questions to the best of my ability. Because of the amount of time I've spent active on the server, I believe myself to be capable of handling situations which might not have a clear resolution. For example, I have plenty of experience with MOI and Military interactions, and would be able to better judge whether a military member accused of RDMing an NSB agent was truly rulebreaking, or if the situation was more complex than it seems. As another example, I am familiar with PK guidelines due to myself being PKed countless times, and can accurately tell if someone’s PK was valid or improperly done. Lastly, I have intrinsic motivation to help Prometheus be the best it can be. I very much enjoy roleplaying on the server and interacting with others. [150 Words or more]: Staff duties include taking tickets as soon as possible, informing people of the rules if they are not known, disciplining rule breakers within reason and ability, and providing support to roleplay operations. Regularly, staff have the duty to add people to factions, change the character stats of players if needed or requested, and provide help if someone gets stuck in the map or otherwise encounters a bug. Staff have the responsibility to uphold all rules, be an example for other players, remain patient, and respect everyone, despite what may occur. A staff member must be an example of excellence, doing the best they can to help those in need. They must have integrity, and teach by example. I was walking on the streets while being disconnected. I ask you dearly for a second chance, as i love this community and this server. I don't share the account with my family. I own both accounts, and they are mine alone. My copy of GMOD is family shared which usually means it doesn't matter which account I use as on the backend it will show that my accounts are linked so its usually not an issue. I’ve been a staff member for 4 Servers prior, I had been an event team member as well as a moderator throughout my time staffing. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: As stated before, I was staffing multiple times on many different servers and all of these times I was there for an extended period of time. I had worked as a moderator for two different HL2RPs and each I had stayed for many months before resigning. I resigned although I had felt that I served very long it was more of a feeling like I needed to. The main reason being was to open up slots for people who would eventually apply in the future. It was also due to the fact that I was sort of burned out and felt I had to move on elsewhere. Nextly, I had also been a Head Administrator for one briefly in following of these two previous ones listed. I believe I am also a trusted individual within the community amongst other people within the server as I serve as the Landespolizei’s Chief. In regards to it, comes a lot of administration and control which I am extremely familiar with. Following on from the topic of me playing RP servers for about 8 or so years. I started with HL2RP and eventually found Prometheus in 2021. I am fairly familiar with rules, and proper punishments that can be handed out if seen fit. I am familiar with the server itself, along with the time I’ve played on several other servers. I am fully aware of how to properly use the powers given to staff and that the understanding of power given to a member of the staff is to be used responsibly and productively. I believe that my experience within roleplay, and being a previous member of staff elsewhere, makes me a very strong candidate for the position. With this in mind, while in these positions I was very open to learning, improving, and always becoming better, which is as I am now, always hoping to grow. [150 Words or more]: The abilities given to a member of the staff is to be, once again, used correctly. I am fully aware of the powers that are given, I have knowledge on how they are properly used and used improperly. I would do my best to take as many tickets as possible as I know many people complain about them taking rather long, and I would like to be or at least try to help make them go by quicker. I am also usually within the server everyday, if not it would be known before-hand. It is also safe to say I am somewhat familiar with using nutscript’s admin panels.With this, I believe that upon not only taking tickets, a staff member should build a relationship with different members of the community, and other staff members included. I got my props blacklisted for prop abusing a couple times, im not gonna deny it or try to say it was an accident. But I use props daily for Rp, i run a restaraunt and i use props in it ALOT. I was hoping to instead get a different punishment so i could still be apprehended but have props at least. Description of the idea: What if instead of just businesses, citizens can RP as Richters, but not in a faction. Why should this be added?: It would add deeper roleplay, an option for people who don't want to be in the Polizeigericht What negatives could this have?: Less Richters in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht Additional information: Civilian Richters: I know Judge outfits exist within the Prometheus models, and younger Richters who don't want to be in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht may apply to be judges as civilians, and maybe having a sign up test from a more experienced Richter. This would raise Richter numbers, which is often a problem when the NSB or the future ABI need to trial someone and no Richters are in the city. More Richters, less wait time. They will have to have the Richter role so they can get pinged, but they will not be listed as a faction on the leaderboard.(They could also wear suits if Judge models are not available. I also don't know if the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht will exist in MITHC but it should still apply)

Don't know how much to believe this guy but I've been in situations where I've made bad decisions after a bad day. Not as often recently, but it does happen. I'm not sure as to give him a + or - because my feelings on this are mixed, but take the highlighted text into account.

+1 Seems genuine, the ban was 2 years ago, and MITHC does spark a lot of people's interest. If he was just a normal minge he would've never thought about this server again after the ban.

I haven't considered that the OB will be a thing when we switch to MITHC. We will definitely be losing some factions like the Panzers and LAPO. Don't know about OB though.

-1 Sounds insincere. I don't believe when he says he shares his account with his family I believe he was trying to avoid a ban. This appeal should be denied.

I hope to offer more to the community if I am unbanned by joining the police faction and working on my LARP. Although you might think I am making excuses, I genuinely don't remember the exact circumstances of what I did and I am not going to lie and pretend I do. I also didn't mean to ban evade if I was going to do that intentionally, I wouldn't have played on an account that is literally family shared. I am not going to admit to something I didnt intentionally do as thats just me lying and ass kissing to get unbanned at that point. What I can say though is that I am sorry to whoever I killed that got me banned and to the admin that had to deal with me and that in future I won't shoot randomly and that I plan on actually joining a faction and taking it seriously now. I don't know what else to add to the ban appeal if you have some constructive criticism as to what I should add to improve it thats fine but lets not just come onto my thread and start saying slurs.
