I mentioned in my last response that a dispute was unwise as I had explained why the ban was valid. No amendment was made to the appeal and therefore a dispute is denied. Believing the roleplay scenario would have been over by the time you reconnected is not an excuse not to reconnect at all. I agree, which is why the people being ordered to disregard their own life by following an "open fire" order should hold their General/CO accountable for the outcome (ICly). Yes you are correct I apologize for this and will be sure to pay closer attention to the logs your character description does not match the person's that did do the violation so you will be unbanned. I know I broke the rules a lot with mass RDM and other bad behavior. I got banned 18 times. I did not learn from those mistakes. I just kept doing the things over and over. I can see now that the staff team had no reason to think I would change. My behavior made me look like I did not care about the rules. I was disrespectful to the community. I also did not take responsibility for my actions. I realize now that my behavior affected a lot of people, not the staff. It bothered players who just wanted to have fun on the server. My constant rule-breaking and trolling ruined the game for people. Made them frustrated. At the time I did not think about how annoying I was being.. Now when I watch videos of my behavior I can see how immature I was. I caused a lot of trouble for no reason. I want to talk about the rumors that I was working with Warsteiner for his server. I know why people thought that. It is not true. I was not trying to hurt Prometheus or help another server. I know I caused a lot of suspicion. I am sorry for that. When someone causes problems all the time people stop trusting them. I understand why that happened to me. I am not making excuses for what I did. I got banned because of my actions. I wasted a lot of chances. The reason I am writing this is that I really miss the community. I miss my friends on the server. The good times I had when I was not being foolish. After everything I still care about the server and I regret losing my place in the community. I know saying sorry might not mean much since I got punished many times. I refused his request multiple times as he kept pushing me to shoot him. Another member of his branch then says, "I got his player ID." I then asked what this was about, as I was confused about the situation. They both then start to accuse and claim that I was the same guy from an earlier RP situation they had, who had LTAPed. An Admin was called, and I was brought along with the Stabsfeldwebel who called the admin into the SIT room. I am then further accused of being the "same" dude from earlier. The Stabsfeldwebel then provides his evidence through medal, which the admin also checks the logs along with reviewing the video, and says it's me, and the logs prove it. I get a little more flabbergasted about the situation because I am being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know how logs really work, and don't know if he looked at the right person's logs, if they do correlate to steam IDs. But the admin said that it's stated I just reconnected after 30 minutes, and I was previously zip tied. I was banned at around 9:00 pm PST. My last session on the server was at around 6-7:00 pm PST, which is before that LTAP situation even happened. Yes, you can change descriptions, but he had a base description with different heights and weights. The person in question's description was "A male stands before you at around 4'0 and weighing around 50 pounds. They have Bald hair and blue colored eyes." My description was "A man stands before you at around 5'8" wearing a Feldgrau bearing the rank of Stabsgefreiter. He has Brown hair and Brown colored eyes." The admin stated we sounded the same, which I can't help for obvious natural reasons and mic reasons. We had the same player model, which I also can't help. It's a video game with limited models. I don't know if this will help my case, but I am set to defend myself against something I didn't do, even if it's a 2-day ban.

Hi I am Soap the staff member that issued your ban. First off, please use the correct SteamID32 format (you can use a SteamID finder in your browser). To lay out the situation, I was with a large group of high ranking individuals, including the Lord Hand, and we were walking out of the ICC. You, along with the other member of LAPO, approched us and stated you were the "prince of Miami". I told you to then stop walking as the Lord Hand was walking up to you trying to address you. One person raised a weapon when the other LAPO member decided to open fire and you followed suit. Simply firing right away with absolutely no roleplay involved is by the book RDM. It was quite obvious that the other LAPO member was using aim-botting software as every bullet he fired from his rifle was a headshot, and he was promptly banned. After the Military went to the LAPO station, I switched to my staff char and froze you to speak on this situation. The immediate response to doing this was "cry about it bitch". You also stated to just ban you as you will just make a ban appeal (which you are perfectly within your rights to do) as well as make a staff report on myself. You then proceeded to spew out multiple insults at myself, Petra, and James M, including calling us 'faggots'. I quickly looked up your previous notes and bans, where you were warned for RDM 6 seperate times within the past month. It seemed you did not learn your lesson with these warnings and the original ban was going to be much less, but you decided to completely disregard anything the members of staff were saying, as well as throw countless insults at the members of staff. I believe this ban is completely valid.

Ickbenin Hiedelburger 76561199802104472 dispute SOAP 4 Weeks RDM | PO's | Staff Disrespect Me and my Lapo Partner who also got banned for rdm were patrolling and we come across members of the military and i said to them "Im the prince of miami" and "Im the fucking villian" some high ranking official which im guessing is soap in the clip i will post said to me "you stop moving" repeatedly which then my comrade shot them and we engaged in a fire fight, i will admit me shooting into their crowd was not the best idea but i saw people pull out guns and it was for my safety so i returned fire. After I was hospitalized, there is a minute in the clip were nothing is really happening, the military then proceeds to do an unauthorized pd raid on me and my comrade and when i kill them i am pulled into the air and frozen by soap. Hello there! I am a bit confused. I checked my logs. I did not issue a PK today. If this were in the past, then that may be different. During the "Civil War," there were several announcements of a "cease-fire". However, I did not participate in PK'ing anyone at that time. I can confirm it was not me who issued the PK!

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was simply following orders given and was never told to ceasefire and or was never warned by staff that a PK would occur to me if I continued because if that was that case I would have disengaged and got off for the night, I find a PK is extremely harsh considering my diligent effort and service which I just find that very unfair.

But if I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by that logic, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control. According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I in fact, did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. You can ask copernicus124, c8jet as well as Generalleutnant Gator(Lukas Falkner IC who was an Oberst at the time) on discord, who even stated he can give full details to Upper Administration. Copernicus's and C8jet's replies to my post have been strangely deleted though. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I would also like to state that I wasn't given a proper chance to be heard out before the PK was issued, if I was pulled into a sit I could've explained all of this. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I wasn't even given a proper sit, and this isn't really looking like a last resort PK. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines. Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree.

You knew the risk, you were surrounded by members of the Interior and decided to open fire. You managed to get away with not being PK'd the first time but the second time you did not. Even if Gator gave you an order to open fire it is irrelevant, you had made the decision to start a gunfight and then died. If you lived you wouldnt of been PKd.
