Also I never got a chance to message the admin after immediately getting banned. It states in the LTAP rule that some admins may wait of 5-10 minutes, I would've liked it if the 5-10 minutes had happened so the situation wouldn't have escalated to this. I just feel I have been wrongly Perma-Banned.

Cause as I said, I panicked, jumped around, and just started clicking stuff. It does make sense that the fact that I didn't have both my hands on the keys WASD and they were hovering over the upper layer in that moment. It also wouldn't make sense that I spent money on this server, play on it every day, just to get banned over leaving. I can assure you with everything that I have I wouldn't try to get myself banned for the most stupid reason that there is. And that what I did was a honest accident.

-1 Down Vote Normally I'm open to seeing new faces, even those who may have a troubled past or may not entirely take roleplay seriously, however every time I see you its just "Beast Mode" acting moronic again, never any serious roleplay intent or anything. It funny the first 3-4 times, but it gets old after the 100th time. Also it just looks like a child wrote the application with caps lock on, half the answers not even given seriously, etc. If you can't even put in the basic effort to fill out the application with basic English, what makes you think that you should be staff?

I was there during the incident. As members of the NSB were leaving the front of the ICC gate, you shouted, "Fuck the MOI." Following that, Major Whoreson ordered your arrest. Multiple members of the army, including myself, had our weapons drawn, and we moved to detain you. We attempted to block your path so that you could be restrained. The moment you were no longer able to move freely, you disconnected from the server. I do not believe the claim that you were simply "clicking buttons on your keyboard," as that explanation does not make sense. Additionally, the logs state "Disconnect by User," which indicates that you voluntarily left the server. There is no evidence suggesting that you crashed or timed out due to lag.

And then instantly I tried to join back to keep in roleplay, then I seen I was banned. Additional Information: None.

( I will admit I did hit him, but then he started quoting a fabricated event involving me hitting three other players.) Additional Information: I would like to acknowledge my responsibility for the initial incident at the gate, as I did make contact with another player. From my perspective, I did not see him until it was too late to avoid the collision. I have video evidence from when I initially spawned my vehicle and began driving until my sit. Since it was nighttime and there were no other players present, I believed it would be safe to do so. The collision occurred because I did not see the other player, and I accept that this was my fault. However, I would also like to clarify that the previous accusations of VDM against me were staged by a staff member, or by the staff member who ultimately accused me, in an attempt to make it appear as though I had committed multiple violations during that timespan. These incidents were not genuine. I recorded the entire situation, and upon reviewing the footage, the only other instance where I made contact with anyone was when my vehicle was flung by a staff member. Additionally, I would like to point out that the only time I struck the group in question was during the same incident in which my vehicle was flung. I believe the staff member who accused me at the end was the same individual who initially claimed to have witnessed me hit that group. When I pressed further and asked who I had allegedly hit, he stated that he saw me strike a group or three players, the same group that was involved in the incident where my vehicle was flung. If he witnessed another staff member causing the vehicle to be flung, it would have been apparent that my vehicle was being forcibly launched rather than intentionally driven into anyone. Given those circumstances, I find it difficult to understand how the incident could have been interpreted as intentional VDM. This is why I believe that the staff member who later accused me may have been the same individual who initially flung my vehicle.
