Sounds like this man was mixing up FJ with Lapo, I know on that day the Panzers initiated a raid on Lapo because they had shot at the KM. Their uniforms aren’t exactly the same, but for someone that had just joined back after 1.5 years, and not much experience, I can understand there might be confusion. I believe this man is genuine simply because of the punching warning, when if he really wanted to be malignant, he could’ve shot them. By derivative logic that would back Goldeneyes statement, regardless I believe this man had just made a mistake from not knowing the differences. to identify trespassers and such, I suppose he would have to be around in the city a little longer to see the differences between uniforms and so on, that way he can see who is in the military faction and who isn’t, and who is allowed entry and so on. Unfortunately I’m not sure the panzers has policing authority, so you could only ask them nicely to leave and detain them if they don’t (to release outside the base). Essentially all the man needs is a bit more experience, but the ambition to be better is there as he’s clearly asking how to remedy this in the future. As already mentioned, when I was talking to him, he showed no intention to do anything but RP. He didn’t troll, didn’t mince, and Rp’d.

You and your two other members of Lapo initiated about 4 gunfights against me in a 2 hour period, nearly every time I encounter you it's always shoot to kill never actually attempting to detain me (i.e shooting my leg once). As an example of this when I was trying to buy a gun from Procurements instead of attempting to detain me you full spray gunned me down in the sewers. This was the final straw that I was testing to see if you would actually try to RP with me, I drove up to you extremely slowly (literally like 5km/h) walking pace and tried to talk to you over voice chat, at which point you immediately attempt to gun me down without saying a single word to me which resulted in your death. I distinctly recall talking to you and your men after in the bank at which point you laughed at me and your men said you do this all the time and won't get PK'd for it. FAFO.

You stated you were bored about 4-5 times in LOOC. Just being an LOOC warrior. You can participate in the RP as an officier or anyone really, by getting directly involved in the conversation, organzing your men and others to not be standing in a blob (ya know, your job), or simply walk away and do something else. LOOC is not there for you to just yap, bitch and moan about what's going on in front of you because you are incapable of RPing in any way shape or form. I truly apologise for this. I thought they were police. I also want to clarify that the first time my peers and I killed them, it was during a raid on the police station, I know this as a fact because they came to my base after to question me about it. It was during that interaction that I punched (not killing) them because they were trespassing in that were past the barriers and refusing to leave. I did not RDM them the second time. I hope you could accept my apology. I also, prior to that night, had not logged on in over a year and a half, those priors are very old, more than 1.5 years old. I am still ‘new’ in that I have only recently, after a long break, returned to rejoin some friends. To help me get this right in the future, would you be able to spare a minute to advise me on what I should have done in that situation I was in, where they were repeat trespassers who kept moving such that I could not restrain them? I will follow your advice to avoid repeating my mistake which I’m keen to avoid.

Hello, I am the staff member that banned you. I had took a ticket from 2 members of the feldjagers, they had stated that a panzer, has killed them multiple times without interaction. This was you, I confirmed in logs, and while speaking to them, you out of nowhere ran up to them and started beating them, these are not members of the landespolizei, its members of the military police. After checking your notes, you have a extensive record of similar situations. In what world would it make sense to attack two armed feldjagers on sight every time you see them. Lets say you managed to believe that they were truly lapo, you still wouldnt be justified in anything you've done. You should never kill people on sight for confronting you, or for "trespassing" Youve dealt with the system so many times, yet keeping making mistakes like this.
