@Noobyit did have to do with it i showed two clips one after I logged where it happend again and the first one where it was happening this has ahppend before and I have almost been banned for Ltapping after my screen froze and my pc was acting up so I started recording incidents such as this one so I took the pk and spooks just said to send him the clips.

Hello, I am the staff member who approved your PK. I agree with what Spooks said, and simply want to add on a few things. Even if you couldn't hear the civilians in the clip issuing orders, it is implied that they want to detain you by the fact that you were surrounded with guns drawn on you, and that one of them tried to put restraints on you, which you resisted. You did not need audio to understand that you were being detained. Regarding your technical issues, you mentioned that you had a problem with your audio, evidence for which you haven't shown. Instead, you showed evidence of your monitor being faulty, which didn't seem to be an issue during the incident and the sit following it.

Hello Spooks Here, You were PK'd for breaking FearRP. In the clip that was sent to me by the requester, you and another lapo enlisted were put at gunpoint by 4 civilians in the Kontinental. After you got up from the table, they told you to stop moving, and you stopped for a second, then you kept moving when they tried to tie you. Then you kept moving, so in doing that, you failed to listen to their command, and they shot you for it. Later in the Sit, you told me that you were having technical problems that prevented you from hearing Civilians, even though you could see them as when they pointed guns and tried to tie you, you kept moving. After reviewing the clips, I can see that you are having these tech problems, but unfortunately, I can't prove that this was happening during the situation, as there are no timestamps. This occurred because of your repeated violations of your privileges including prop perms, and from my understanding you have roughly 17 notes for this sort of behavior, such as FailRP and NITRP and most importantly prop abuse. I originally intended on notifying you of the issue and providing a note, however I reached out to Administrator Thomas who recommended you be banned and removed from your prop flags, as earlier that morning you had broken multiple rules. Hey, Niko I see you are confused and that's a bit strange considering it's pretty clear cut. Absent of any bias I have towards you, there was an even chain that lead to you death. You initially came up to harrass my patrol. Which I told you to stay away from the Imperial Amred Forces and myself. I may have added an insult to that to make transparent my opinion of your character is low. I then return to the inner city compound find out that you have now broken in and started barreling insults and jokes grounded in harrassments towards my officers, men, and command. You managed to do this by entering without permission into the Inner City Compound (trespassing), walking to the Bendler Block (head quarters of the military), coming to the security wing (cells), and then tried to make these jokes. My men reported to me that you were detained. I was delivered a report that the same “nobody” who harrassed me while I was patrolling now broke in and did the same to my men. You violated my IC order banning you and frankly you were in over your head. They came to me and your death was ordered. Now this was a little bit ago but that's the general story.

+1 In moderation, this could be a very great idea. Based off of diverges civilian customization, would be a whole lot more to port that onto the models for everything. Could make photos for intel more useful as the faces would be somewhat-more unique rather than a crowd of Male 09's. Lots of complications of course but definitely could add a different atmosphere. Sidenote, the female models were always abused which was one of the main reasons they were removed, and also because people are just outright stupid. So I don't personally see female models returning, but with modification, may be possible. We'll just have to see! for now, -1 from me to the Female models until I hear a good reason why they would be helpful.
