The NSB did however have two PCO's on me but both were deemed invalid due to wrong formatting. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I feel like I deserve to be un-pk'd is due to refusing to sign a dossier on myself isn't a very fair reason for a PK. Especially since I did sign an NDA for them as a sort of compromise for my failure to cooperate fully. Additional Information: N/A

Originally I was a little iffy on returning to the world of Gmod staffing but after getting to know some people who are also active in the community and experiencing the server for a good chunk of time I feel confident enough to where I can see myself being added to the numbers of active staff members who deal with menial tasks around the server on a weekly basis, While also maintaining good repour with my fellow staff members and making the server more welcoming for new players. My main concern would be answering tickets in a fast and reasonable time frame and dedicating my time on the server to helping people in need weather it be for setting up new recruits or getting some one unstuck from a invisible wall other than that I would love to help with community events and insuring people have a positive experience on the server whilst also getting to know the community better myself I hope to become well acquainted with my peers and become a staple within the community while also being well known for my diligent work in ticket responses. other than that I could help with community events and what ever else needs to be done. Of course I also plan on using this experience to re-educate me on good RP as I've been out of the game for awhile and have been a bit lacking on my current character I hope to work with you all soon if my application is to be accepted and other than what's already been stated I don't have much else to say. [150 Words or more]: well besides the previously stated tasks of responding to support tickets for ranging issues like people being stuck in walls or just needing a new recruit and or rank promotions being needed I would assume that I would help and maintain that server rules are being followed such as stopping and or punishing people who do things ranging from RDM, Ltaping, and NITRP. My duties would basically boil down to as a Moderator I would be server police in training, to insure to UA that I'm competent and wouldn't abuse my staff powers which is completely understandable. I'm already familiar with how staff sits typically work but I'm not opposed to being re-trained as I assume that would just be standard procedure and to be honest I might have forgotten some stuff over these past few years. and as stated previously before should my application be accepted I look forward to working with you all.

Hi I was watching the situation and you left after checking logs as seen in the attached picture your reason for leaving was Disconnect by User if it was that you crashed then it would say you would of timed out. You also state that you crashed and said that your "CPU fan literaly sounds like a jet" meaning your reason for crashing would be your PC overheating which would of resulted in a black screen meaning you wouldn't be able to immediately rejoin. I have also checked that there was no large dupes placed at the time of your disconnect that would result in your crash. I have always seen myself as a calm, level-headed, helpful, and serious role-player, dedicated to creating Role-Play situations that will be remembered for years by those involved. Over the years, I have become well-known within the Gmod RP community by taking action rather than just speaking words, and because of that, I am respected by many fellow players. I often have nostalgic conversations with long-time community members, but players also know exactly what to expect from me as a staff member when rules are broken. My staffing style is fair, helpful, and unbiased, though I can be strict when the situation calls for it. We can be the best of friends in and out of character, but if you break server rules or behave in a way that disrupts the community, I will not hesitate to take disciplinary action. [150 Words or more]: As a moderator and member of the staff team my responsibilities will mainly be to enforce the server rules and to assist the players with common tickets like whitelisting people, RDM and/or questions they have concerning server rules and other out of character questions. As a Staff member I'm also responsible for creating and maintaining a friendly and open environment to ensure players feel welcomed in the community. A member of staff is a role-model to other players and its expected and required to set the standard and to be an example to other players. A staff-member should never be involved in role-play breaking situations that can give Prometheus Networks a bad name and should always be discrete when talking about other community members. Under no circumstances should a staff-member encourage or involve with other players to resort to rule breaking actions. If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have recieved a 1 hour ban by Whoreson last year, it was due to me telling others that the Lord Admiral is Whoreson's alt character. Since then, I've ensured that I don't talk about people's 'other characters'. I received an RDM note last year. I believe this was due to my misunderstanding of the trespassing & shooting rules, as I shot a trespasser without trying to detain them. Since the, I've ensured to attempt detainment before shooting people. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? None, this would be my first time in GMod staff. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: -- I believe I've been in Prometheus for a considerable amount of time and have encountered several situations that the rules do not specifically address. This would help me understand the more niche problems that players might sometimes face. I have also seen more common situations, which means I know what should happen at those times, however, I have not. been in the community for so long that I would forget my own mistakes as a new member of the community, and so I believe I would be more understanding towards new players. Overall, my experience with staff members over the time I've been on Prometheus will make my training easier for recruitment staff. Furthermore, I believe I am quite active in both EU and US time zones, which makes me versatile and open to helping during times of low staff activity, as well as available for training whenever members of the Senior Administration / Recruitment Staff are available. Overall, I believe that I also have the personality that a staff member should have; I am understanding of players who have just entered the community, or have been caught in a difficult situation regarding rules, as I have been in the same place. I am also a fair judge and don't care about a player's faction or if they are someone I know, and even if my judgement begins to tilt, I'd be able to recognise it and pass the staff sit on to another staff member. I like the community of Prometheus, even if it has its ups and downs, just as any community does; it keeps going and improving. They should encourage new players to continue playing the server, and also explain how to play correctly. Punish any player who breaks the rules, as they are put in place to ensure a fair and fun experience for all players, and staff need to uphold that experience. It should be said that staff should take a level of autonomy on whether, or how much, to punish a player, as not every event is the same, and the rules do not outline the dos and don'ts in every possible situation. The responsibilities of the Staff Team are the following; To learn from their mistakes, or while watching other sits. There is always going to be a new situation that hasn't happened before, and staff members are responsible for learning how to take care of them.
