I have zero experience staffing on Garry's Mod or Nutscript, however I am willing to take the time to learn. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be picked for staff as I am a level headed individual, who can act without bias and put the community first. I am always willing to hear both sides of a situation and gather the appropriate facts, I also understand that as a staff member you must take a fair approach to staffing not letting personal opinions or friendships cloud the decisions made. I believe I would adapt and quickly learn how to staff within the community. I am willing to take advice and feedback from more experienced staff members. I am very active on the server and have a good relationship with many other people within the community. Through being active, I have gained a good understanding of how the server operates and the standards expected from its players. I also strongly believe that my prior experience moderating the steam game Over The Top will help me as it taught me transferable skills such as handling heated situations whilst also maintaining a level of professionalism. I pride myself with good time management. Despite being 5 hours ahead of the server time I still successfully make time to role play 4-5 hours a day on a weekday and 4-6 on a weekend. Patience is also something I believe is very important in a good staff member, all players deserve an equal opportunity to explain themselves and learn from their mistakes. To conclude, I think I should be picked to become a staff member because I genuinely want to help the server and the community that I enjoy being a part of. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: I believe the duties of the position I am applying for are to be a helping hand to the community, allowing people to have a smooth and fun time roleplaying. This includes answering tickets and supporting people when they have an issue or need assistance. Staff members also have a responsibility to enforce the server rules fairly and appropriately, making sure that situations are properly investigated before taking action against someone. Another important responsibility is remaining professional and unbiased when dealing with staff situations, this means listening to everyone involved and looking at the evidence and facts and making decisions based on the server rules rather than personal opinions or friendships. Staff should also be approachable, as players should feel comfortable asking for help when they need it. I also believe that being a staff member means supporting the rest of the staff team and aiding UA where needed. As staff you need to work together rather than individually sometimes, helping each other deal with situations and asking for assistance when they are unsure about something. Overall, the main responsibility of staff is to help maintain the community, dealing with problems that could negatively affect other players while allowing everyone to have an enjoyable roleplaying experience. Character's name & rank: Feldwebel Franz Kruger SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:575860843 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): PR-N Thomas Explain why you were PK'd: breaking fear rp Why should you be un-PK'd?: i was pk'd for breaking fear rp while behind the church during a civil dispute i was getting chased by a panzer 2 marines and a Feld Jager when i hear a pistol shot go off behind me during this entire time i had my mp40 out off safety and was running away when i heard the pistol shot i took it as them initiating a gunfight and turned around and attempted to shoot them i was then gunned down I was later brought to a sit to be pk'd for fear rp i do not think this i though that this wouldn't be a pk as they did not try and surround me as i was running and instead shot a bullet at me although i did turn around and shoot that was after they shot I did not think this was going to be a pk due to the rule that used to be in place i apologize for my actions and understand now how that could warrant a PK Additional Information: here is the clip from my POV: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/nE9wDNtktfIl664hj?invite=cr-MSxieVUsNDI0NDc2NDA4 i was also under the impression that a rule that stopped existing a year ago was still a thing the rule was like if you have a gun out off saftey and they also do its not pk able i do understand if you do not wish to un pk me as i had a lapse of judgement but i am asking if possible can i get a name PK and rank reduction

I was simply driving along when someone else crashed into me and I was trying to get unstuck from their car when I accidentally hit two military personnel, and then drove away because I supposed they realized it was a mistake, it didn't look like I deliberately ran into a group of people to be a troll. +1- A funny and good role player, takes the RP atmosphere very seriously and would be an amazing pick for staff.

I Definitely have to hand out a fat +1 Wash has been a member of this community for a long while now and he's been in numerous positions, showcasing experience with leadership and responsibility. He's been recognized as a pretty good Roleplayer and it has always been fun opposing him or being on his side during numerous confrontations in Civil Wars, varying with my characters. Experience aside, he's a pretty easygoing, funny dude and knows not to be a "retard" when the situations calls for it. I believe that he'll be an excellent addition to the Staff Team. I wish the absolute best.

If so, what were they for, and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Not really a punishment, but when I stopped playing and resigned in 2023, I asked Omni to ban me because I thought that I was spending too much time away from my studies to play, and I thought a forced vacation would help. I was an Administrator for Prometheus, and way back in 2019 I was an EA for Icefuse CWRP. I guess I technically also staffed on Revenant when Garry Newman banned Prometheus, and we had to swap over to Star Wars RP, but that only lasted for like 4 days; then we got swapped back. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team? I hope I should be picked because I have experience. I was on the staff team a few years ago, and I've been playing on and off since then. I never had any staff reports in the nearly 4 months I was on the team, and I never had any bad interactions. I want to get back to playing how I used to and be an active member of the community, and I believe this is the initiative I've been waiting for. I'm always on during peak hours, and a lot of that time is spent standing around because my main character is a guard, and I can use that time standing around to take tickets instead, be proactive, and meet the quota given (if there's still a ticket quota, I'd assume there is) I've been here before. I'm well prepared, and I know the people who play. I'm willing to help, and I don't have any important characters, so I have the time to take tickets when I am on. I believe I have a positive history in the server, although I have been gone for around a year, and I haven't been on the Prometheus staff team since 2022-2023. I can pick up on things pretty easily, and most of the people I know can attest to that. I could probably make a positive difference on the staff team just from being active and talking to everyone. If I'm accepted, I am very excited to see how things have changed in the staff team and how I can help! What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? Being social, speaking to the people around you, and trying to make the server a place where new players can integrate and feel comfortable enough to join the community and become dedicated members. Taking tickets and just being aware of what everyone is doing is also very important for being on staff. Understanding the rules, not immediately banning people, and understanding how those rules and guidelines can be translated into the correct punishment (not immediately banning someone for NITRP or FailRP if it's their first time on the server). The rules change from time to time, and it's important to understand and watch for such changes.
