Thank you for the amazing response, as I stated in my appeal. I know it is hard to believe me and if I was in your shoes I wouldn't either. I will say I did for most of the time think I deleted the character months ago due to me not even playing the character once when I got unbanned on the 22nd. And to be honest I did not know there was a rule against the character names being the same and if I did I would have not chose that name, as I said in my appeal even though my past is horrible I am here to roleplay on this amazing server, I have found amazing people here and I love the roleplay that goes on whether im sentencing someone as a judge or doing a dossier, its amazing. I do want to personally apologize to you for accidently lying. I truly did not mean to lie to your face like your some fool because I know your not one. Good Morning! So, I'm just trying to understand your thought-process of your (as far as I would describe it, "pseudo-apology" so I'm going to just write out my thought process. To begin, you apologize for "not knowing the rules" and that's cool, but you're an Officer leading an unapproved raid on your opposing organization, you've been playing for at minimum a month; so you understand the whole concept of "I don't let the enemy in my base," much like when the Military kicks out the Interior when they enter the Compound. In your additional information, you claim that you were not the one to begin the shootout and that it was the Interior, and while yes I have reviewed the clips and the Interior did fire the first shots; the armed-forces that were illegally in the Interior and raiding without permission did in fact raise their weapons first, you can easily see a Kar-98K being raised through the basement door. In short, your apology is that you didn't know and you'll "do better next time," even though I simply don't believe that! and the other part of your appeal is "WOAH! The guys whose building we were illegally inside of shot at us after we raised our weapons!" Which is in fact the STUPIDEST line of thinking throughout this entire appeal.

Neutral I'm not too sure who you really are. It looks like a decent application, but I think you should be more involved in roleplay to prove that you'd be an effective and trustworthy member of the staff team.

I want to thank you for your apology regarding your actions, however, PKs are an in-character punishment applied when roleplay has been significantly undermined or broken. They are not the same as ban appeals. You cannot have a PK removed simply by apologizing. Instead, you dispute the evidence or circumstances if you believe the PK was unjustified or unnecessary. Hey, thanks for the apology. You were banned for FailRP, along with an extensive amount of POs, Including multiple permanent bans and for lying to staff. Originally, a member of the feld made a ticket on you saying that you admitted to deleting a character and then making another one with the same exact name. This was important, due to there being a warrant on your other character (the one that was deleted) for desertion. When I pulled you to the sit, you said that it was months ago, and you simply forgot that you had a character that had the same name as this one. When I decided to look at the logs, it was not a month ago. You deleted your first Friedrich von Kleist on September 22nd, and then made your second Friedrich von Kleist on the 23rd. I have trouble believing that you didn't know that there was a rule against having characters with the same names, and that you forgot within a day that the character you deleted had the same name as the one you were making. I think a two week ban was extremely generous considering your previous offenses and the nature of the situation. Therefore, I will leave this up to UA to decide on this matter. Thats because noone except those on the team knew what i had to deal with on a daily basis. Impaitence was a result of stupidity on "some" instances but that doesnt mean I should treat everyone that way and i didnt. Thank you however for the criticisms. It will help.

That was my mistake and I didn’t think it through properly. I understand now that I should’ve gotten approval before doing something like that, and I’m really sorry for not following the rules and a it whas may mistake for follow the order of Adelhard Radke a got and a did not now the at we need apporved raid for a go in to the moi.
