I think something like this would help, can you do that?

- 1 for obvious reasons, if you've been proven to lie based on your past like 3 different appeals that all say the same thing of how you learned yada yada yada why should you get yet another chance? Clearly you can't follow the rules. Legit mental illness territory, can't even stay unbanned for a full week after having a 30 day ban.

When you post an apology appeal you are suppose to recognize your mistake and reflect on what you’ve done and how you won’t do it in the future. Instead you wrote out a cringe post where you grovel at the virtual feet of whoreson, calling yourself inferior for some reason? This looks more like a kink post than it does you trying to get back on the server. Also “we can look past the ego issue” are you saying you have an ego or are you just insulting people in your appeal? Lol. This is just embarrassing

Your ban is permanent, acording to the guidelines of this type of appeal all members of the community can comment on your post. And 2 I agree with shepherd, sarcasm gets you no where.

Explain why you were PK'd: I have no idea; the only thing I can assume is that I "advanced" too far up Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was staying with my group of people almost the entire time. However, right before I was PK'ed, I had gotten the order to advance from Walbert Gantzmann. In the clip, you can see that there were two people behind me, one in front near the destroyed tank, and Gantzmann running right with me. I and Gantzmann pushed up together until he was shot and killed, and then I began to retreat. I was close to my original position where I pushed from until I was shot from nowhere and PK'ed. I think it's totally unfair that I was PK'ed when advancing with the Deputy Frontlines Commander that gave a direct order to advance. As soon as he died I tried to retreat back to my friendly forces. However, it looked like no one but me had followed the Deputy Frontlines Commander or died, so when I turned back I found almost none of my friendlies were there. I don't think that it's fair that I died for following the deputy commander when he gave an order. Hello, I was the staff member who approved your PK. One thing I will like to menstion is that I do not know the context of the Sit room situation, as I am unsure why people are yammering about it since this is a PK appeal and not a Staff report. 3 things I will be menstioning to explain why I decided on this character getting PKed. First things first, at any point within this message is not towards the person or staff to revolve around any discrimination. Starting off with the beganing, You were talked too by the Landespolizei and were questioned or you were questioning the LaPo NCO, which then after the Enlisted was talking to you, you got angry that he was talking to you while you were talking to the NCO once you were fed up with it so you started running/walking away from the converstation, but while you were running the LaPo then started saying "Do not move" which then points to you are now under detainment and then the LaPo NCO pulled their weapon which then you pulled your weapon after which you ran behind a wall with the possiblity of starting a shootout with the LaPo. But while you were under detainment you were also under FearRP as they were activity trying to talk/arrest you when it happened. 2nd thing, At anypoint during an interaction can lead to anything, could have been yesterday and the PK would still be ineffect. 3rd thing, If the staff member was activity mocking you about it, you should be a clip or at least something to back it and make a staff report, here at the staff team we are here to do, not to fuck you and make jokes about you. This means that you naturally do not want your character to die (FearRP). Breaking this rule can result in a permanent kill, but will not result in warnings/bans." The LaPo members were following FearRP #4 which was activity trying to detain you, which then falls under FearRP #1 which you did not abide by Fear RP Rule #1: "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK." Fear RP Rule #4: "You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal." Insummery, I pked you because you did not abide by FearRP #1 and #4. Also, just because the Weapons were unholstered but not pointing doesn't mean your are not under FearRP, with the click of 1 button you now are. Which in hindsight they could have been as you were running the whole time towards the RS. If none else, your appeal will be checked tomorrow at 6pm EST. This is now up to UA's discretion, the back and forth yapping will end now.

Thread has been moved to Ban Appeals Given the evidence provided, I'd say the ban was applied properly, so a dispute is denied. This is not an excuse. You're on our server to roleplay, if you got involved in an RP situation and "couldn't tell" because of a circumstance you put yourself in (having music playing on max-boosted volume) then this is your own fault. This is roleplay. People are detained for nonsense reasons all the time. This is why there is a Ministry of Justice, legal system, etc. It is not against our rules for LaPo to detain someone for no reason. Your last ban was on 7/27, not even a full month ago Even if the officer was an error sign, they stated in voice chat that you J-Walked, your arms became bound with a sound effect, and your character began shuffling towards the officer on their own. Not sure what other conclusion could have been made other than that you were being arrested. As @Noobyexplained, if the RP situation needed to be interrupted so you could install our content the proper path to take would have been contacting staff to get permission to disconnect briefly. Instead, the situation turned into LTARP. I want to try and sympathize with you, but almost every argument given in this appeal is nonsense. The ban is upheld as it is valid and therefore a dispute appeal is denied. Given the situation, you may appeal the ban again at your own discretion, but this time, as an "Apology" appeal.
