Hello, I was the staff member who banned you- What's the initial context of the ban? I had gotten almost 3 different members show me advertisements and had told me about you mugging random people in the middle of the street, aswell as randomly starting gun fights IC and overall being a jackass on your Tiny China character. Three of the Tiny China Employees begged me to fire him, so instead I approved your PK' after hearing the extensive grief you had caused other GO's and CO's from different factions - Criminal Organization PK Criteria: 2. On the orders of a Criminal Org. Leader [PK]. The three members of Tiny China witnessed you in Berlin making advertisements. This last advert you made was at 21:53:41 [ADVERTISEMENT] Wang Li: I'm standing right outside of the ICC gate When a man is pointing a gun At a tiny China news reporter Two members make three different advertisements, all within 4 minutes of your last advertisement ^ at 21:58:06 [ADVERTISEMENT] Chie Okure: Wang Li please report to Tiny China for promotion! Big Honor! After exactly 1 minute from the first advertisement Chie Okure made, you switched characters to your KG yomanpizza loaded the character #39265(Oberfeldwebel Wilhelm Fritz) 21:58:54 This is when i bring you into a SIT, and wait patiently for over 5 minutes for you to return - Where you don't respond or move. After considering all the circumstances? I decided that you broke General Rule 23. If you know taking an action will result in some sort of In-Character consequence, you may not leave the server for at least 30 minutes afterward. You had just been detained by the military and questioned after making outrageous advertisements, just to immediately switch characters and go afk as soon as you were released from the military, and the advertisement was made. I was left to assume you had purposefully or not left your tiny china character to avoid the Roleplay. Hey thanks for taking the time to read this. I just wanted to explain my side of what happened and hopefully clear things up a bit. I was banned for LTARP after switching to my KG character and going AFK but I wasn’t trying to avoid roleplay or anything like that. I had just been released by the military and then went to the bathroom. I was gone for about 13 minutes and when I came back, I saw I’d been banned. I didn’t even see the in-game advert asking me to come back to Tiny China since I wasn’t at my PC. One of my friends messaged me on Discord asking why I was AFK and I explained the situation. That’s when I learned people thought I had left to avoid RP. That wasn’t the case at all, and I get how it might’ve looked like that, but it really was just bad timing on my part. I also heard that some people were upset with my RP as Wang L i Can admit i was being a retard I apologize. I didn’t realize it was being taken that way and I’ll definitely be more careful going forward. It honestly sucks because I was supposed to get a medal the next day and now it feels like everything got thrown off. I really enjoy playing on the server and being part of the community. Any engaging rp I attempted to create or take part in with any position I managed to acquire has always been overshadowed by bad actors who almost always enacted their will through non-rp means which in the end wastes everyone who is within that communities time. Or if there was any sort of "rp" it was nearly entirely heavily metagamed beforehand by whoever is in the GAs inner circle. I will not be making any direct allegations but everyone knows that peoples personal information have been shared in certain germany rp circles and there have been times where ive felt mildly unsafe simply because somebody has decided to turn their scorn to me or someone ive been related to because of some petty dispute usually over something extremely autistic. All of these things combined have made me really appreciate the security that prom provides and the degeneracy that it actively strays away from. To my knowledge there has never been an incident of that nature on prom and if there ever has been I imagine it has been swiftly dealt with by the administration. I have been playing prom before it was censored due to Garys beliefs but I never truly understood how far above it stood in terms of professionalism and moderation until I started heavily joining other germany rp communites. Anyway, none of this has directly addressed my actions ingame just my aftermath experiences that made me realise how much better things are on prom. I dont remember what exactly I did to get my second permaban but I imagine that it was something similar to my first permaban, then my 2 and half month ban which is more likely then not me kidnapping high ranking people and then shooting them. I do honestly regret doing these things not only because as all larpers know minges are annoying as hell to deal with but also because I realise now that I was "shitting where I eat" in a manner of speaking and all for some dumb low brow e-thrill that doesnt really end up accomplishing very much. Ive been larping since 2021ish so I actually DO know how to rp properly and I have done so in some pretty high ranking positions on prom in the past. This has just been me acting like a fool on a server that has given me 10x more enjoyment then any other germany rp server ive played combined. I understand that these words might not be very convincing especially with my prior perma and that extremely lengthy ban so im not going to be surprised if this appeal gets rejected but I just want it to be known that im genuinely sorry for my past dumbass actions. I lay here prostrate awaiting your judgement. All I wish for now is to have some GENUINE rp so I can have GENUINE fun while not being mired by petty crap that nobody in their right mind should care about and I swear that I shall not knowingly transgress the server rules again if I were to be unbanned. Wont let me move, drop or unequip the gun inside of a trunk of a car. It will be permanently stuck there. How do you replicate it?/How did it happen? 1. Have 2 guns and have 1 equipped. 2. Put 1 gun inside of a trunk of a car. 3. Put the car back into the garage. 4. Die with the other gun that is equipped. 5. Bring out the car out of the garage. 5. Congratulations. The gun is now permanently stuck in your car's trunk. +1 Looking at your past offenses, it does look like you have been trying to improve. The last ban you had was almost a year prior to this ban. Id recommend this be your last chance, if accepted.
