Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'd because it was terrible RP and he lied to staff to get me killed. So here is a quick explanation, I was driving around and I see in the announcements that the NSB wing is on fire and I start to drive over to the MOI to see what is going on so I go and try to park by the Interior garage and then right as I turn in between the Cafe and Interior garage there is a group of people and right as I see them I slam on the brakes so I try not to hit anyone and pretty much right before the car comes to a full stop I hit the NSB Director and I get out of the car to see if he is okay but I get put into cuffs and put into a cell for 30 minutes, no interactions no nothing and I get dragged out and put on a pole and shot. So the Roleplay was terrible, like I didn't even get put on trial or anything. I get that it was a GO PK but here is where he lied to staff. I was told that he said I "tried to flee and ran over multiple agents and was being Combative." which is a lie, I sadly didn't get a clip of when the incident had occurred. I would like to be UN-PK'd because I have a lot of valuble stuff on that character and I know the Göttingen stuff doesn't mean much but I am a CSO on that character and that character was just a minge character or whatever, I have actual good roleplay on that character and i've had the character for a long time. Skankhunt is a long serving member and has had no issues up until this point. A permanent ban is definitely overkill and should be corrected.

I've been playing this server for over 2 years, I feel a permanent ban is a bit severe. Could we please give this a second consideration? Additional Information: Id say the situation was definatly out of line, and I didn't realize it wasn't allowed within the bounds of rp, the events that led to this mistake are questionable and I'd like to have a second chance and leave this nonsense in the past. -1 The main problem I've seen with Richters in civil courts over the years is the same one that tends to effect LaPo population. In times where civilian RP is flourishing you'll also tend to see an increase in civilian crime and therefore law enforcement actions. Richters in civil courts being limited to civilian jurisdiction means that when these law enforcement actions slow down due to reduced civilian RP they're inevitably left standing around with nothing to do alongside the LaPo. Bored players aren't happy and its only a matter of time before they switch to one of the other factions not necessarily effected by the state of Civilian RP. Fewer Richters and LaPo officers mean less conflict for anybody trying to run criminal organizations which counterintuitively also negatively effects their experience and incentivizes them to also switch to another faction. I don't necessarily know the solution to that problem but certainly something that should probably be looked at as we move to MITHC. With that all being said having non fractioned civilians be more involved in the legal system would be great but I don't know if I would go so far as to make them Richters, perhaps more inclusion of private defense attorneys through some sort of "everybody has the right to a lawyer" decree might sort of force the courts hand but making civilians Judges doesn't solve the root problem. Even civilian judges like you've described would be standing there with nothing to do unless there is an active criminal element and police force to counter it, they too would likely switch to one of the other factions. In the forum threads I've seen so far though asking which factions people would join there have been a few people talking about civilian enterprise so hopefully there would be some sort of major resurgence!

So Im reading through this, and I spoke with Lawson and there are a few points I am confused about,. 1. You were demoted for not playing for a month and a half. You do not get to keep your Oberst rank as you had been replaced. 2. Once you were pulled to a sit and Lawson tried to speak with you, You gave nothing but attitude and freaking out, once returned you started to take it IC saying "This is one sided" etc... So I am confused on why we would allow you to continue to be command within the Marines when you cannot hold a conversation with a member of Upper Administration and give nothing but attitude. Any further questions you can make a ticket in the main discord but this PK Appeal is Denied.

Lawson picked me up from IC role play and brought me to a roof, asking me when I was last active on this character. I said 2 weeks ago, and he responded, "Ok, you are no longer a Kommodore” it was somewhat explained for inactivity, and apparently I wasn't listening to the Vice Admiral before this. Something that was also brought up was that I killed the general of the infantry but that was something that was kind of brushed aside during our conversation. I was returned to an IC situation where I was asked what happened, and I responded with something along the lines of, "He demoted me and didn’t even listen to me." Lawson spawned right next to me and said I don't have to listen to you and seconds later he shot me with a shotgun, and moments later I was pk'd. Why should you be un-PK'd?: This was an abnormal afternoon; we had a fun event where we had to secure money from a drop for the FM DW. Everyone was having a good time, and I'll be the very first to admit that I wasn't being extremely professional, but I wasn't breaking any rules and wasn't detained or anything that really warranted a PK. I have honestly no Idea what the Vice Admiral said to Lawson because nothing could come to mind. Today, there were multiple meetings that the Vice Admiral had to attend, so me being a Kommodore at the time meant I had to take control of the men. I took them on patrol of the city via trucks and did water patrols too for a bit on a functioning dupe I have. There was one certain moment where there was an order from the Vice Admiral; he ordered us to free Feld from the cell block in the Bender Block during an Inner Military conflict, and we absolutely did just that. I never once insulted the staff about this decision or his character; the only thing I was frustrated about was how one-sided it was. It seemed as though he just genuinely didn't like me, which is understandable, but that I was getting punished for that. The only time I could even be perceived as talking back was out of frustration from being punished without any type of roleplay or even a chance to explain my side, and even then there were no insults thrown at Lawson or his decision. I just stated the fact that I wasn't even being heard at all. I was pretty respectful during this whole altercation. On this character, I have had the opportunity to join some great groups and accomplish great things. I have always tried to improve and contribute positively to the roleplay experience, I've added some cool aspects to roleplay like legalizing French weaponry, which is now widely used across the server. I also enjoy helping factions rebuild their manpower, and I am confident that members of the military can attest to my efforts. The Marines were inactive for some time, but I believe I played a significant role in rebuilding their numbers and restoring activity. The last part that I want to bring up is the little fight that took place between myself and some marines against the General of the Infantry, during the Cash event there was a inner military conflict, most of the Heer didn't attend due to a pointless Court case, the KM notified us that he couldn't get them out of the courtroom to help with the case and if we wanted to try we could so me and a couple of the Marines did just that. The General of the Infantry then ordered for my detainment, and we didn't allow that. A small gunfight broke out, and the General of the Infantry, trying to shoot me, killed one of my men and hit me once or twice, so I whipped out my gun and killed him. This was settled there and then, and it wasn't till around an hour later that it was brought up by Lawson. Additional Information: My LOA was definitely known where it needed to be. I have been going through a rough time recently, so getting on hasn't even been something I have been physically able to do and I very clearly contacted who needed to know that (the KM and the Marine High Command group chat multiple times). When I entered the city, the first person I spoke to was the new Chief and nothing was done about my rank or how I conducted myself; to my knowledge he was fine with me being a Kommodore and never stated otherwise. Maybe there is something I am not seeing, something that I have done and Lawson has witnessed. If I have broken server rules in anyway or did anything that warranted a PK unknowingly, for that I am sorry. If I have done something to you, Lawson, unknowingly, for that I am also sorry. I was totally ok with the demotion, the only part that I was caught up on was when I was told that I wasn't following orders from the Vice Admiral because that is completely false and wanted to speak on that more.

The admin's stated reason for the ban was, "womp womp, loser." Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't believe this ban was justified. The comment I made was directed at Christianity as a topic that people were already discussing in chat, not at any individual player. People were openly expressing support for Christianity, and I responded with an opposing opinion. Whether people agree with what I said or not, I don't think expressing a negative opinion about a religion should result in a nearly two-month ban by itself. The ban reason also concerns me. Instead of citing a specific rule, I was banned with the reason "womp womp, loser," which doesn't explain what rule I actually violated. From my perspective, that makes it seem like the decision was made emotionally rather than based on the server's rules. The conversation also took place in the context of roleplay and in-character discussion. If roleplay discussions are allowed to include opinions on religion, then I don't think players should only be allowed to express positive views while negative ones are punished. I'm asking that the ban be reviewed based on the server's written rules and what I actually said, not on whether the moderator disagreed with my opinion. If I violated a specific rule, I'd like to know which one. If I didn't, I believe the ban should be removed. Ok so, i got my flags blacklisted for a week on monday 20th/19th, and i was supposed to get them today, but the Moderator who i first saw said, and i quote "You made a ticket complaining about a wait too early, your an impatient little retard so im extended your blacklist 3 days". I undertsand why he was mad, but i dont understand why he had to extend it especially sonce it had nothing to do with props of pet flags at all. I would like to get my props back especially since i have been looking forward to making a car dupe.
