Verbatim from clip, "If you're not gonna step back than im gonna put you in cuffs." I say, "You're on my base." He responds with, "Put him in cuffs." No attempt was made to actually tie me up. I say in response, "What are you going to do, blow the head off of the MGD Director?" In which I was trying to back away and avoid a confrontation the trigger finger of the trench guns decided it would be a great idea to in less than 5 seconds of interaction to pull the trigger.

Hello, I am Kentuckyfriedhorse. I had overseen this situation as it unfolded. Upon seeing the situation I had immediately relayed the information to Governor. The clip that was received and reviewed shown IRRIFUTEABLE evidence by multiple time stamps where the character, Hauptmann Carl Blumenkrantz, was told multiple times by the members of the Proteron guard surrounding the Ordermarschall, to quote, "Stop moving or I will detain you". He was told time and time again under gunpoint, clear and cut, this is a by definition breach of Fear RP.

Hello, I am Governor. The staff member that issued you your PK. In this clip, at 0:06, you were told by a member of the Ordensmarschall's guard unit that he intended to detain you. After this, you then stated "It's my fucking base bitch". And then moved around, while guns were pointed at you. Keep in mind by 0:07 guns were pointed at you and your life was under threat. You then state somewhere between 0:09 and 0:29 that among other lines, that they wouldn't shoot the director of the MGD. After this, you continue to move around, and get closer to the ongoing conversation, after being ordered to leave. Thus, at 0:29 you were shot. During this time, I also had Kentuckyfriedhorse look into the clip as well, for a second opinion. He would also agree with me that the pk was justified, and it was enforced.

Hi Archer, I am soap, the staff member that issued your ban. Thank you for taking the time to appeal. Whilst detained and in a holding cell, someone accidentally untied you. You proceeded to run around to prevent the re-detainment, eventually being backed into a corner unable to move. After jumping a few times when trying to be tied you used the ‘/fallover’ feature against the corner of the cell and the wall to phase through the wall to outside of the cell room. As you’re doing this you heard another person state “oh that’s a ban” and walked back into the room apologizing. I did not make a huge deal of it as you came back in and we retied you. However, you then proceeded to leave the server when we tried to speak with you further. I waited 15 mins for you to come back, but you did not. This is when the ban was handed out. Something you did not mention in your appeal is your attempt to circumvent your ban through an ALT Account. The original ban issued was for 5 days and is now permanent due to that fact. After realizing you were banned on this acct, you tried to ban evade on another. Ban evasion is against the rules and is clearly stated in them.

However, I want to assure the staff that this was not an intentional combat log. My power cut out completely at my home, forcing my PC to shut down instantly. As soon as I realized what happened, I attempted to get back online to rejoin the RP and apologize to the involved parties, but the power was out for 2 hours. I take full responsibility for not having a backup plan to inform staff instantly, and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I am a dedicated member of this community and would never intentionally break rules to avoid a scene.
