I was there for the situation as the Sicherheitskommandeur and can confirm that the GSD personel that had him detaind had no reason for it as I saw it. I tried having a rp meeting with "Klein" and they just refused to to follow orders and just minged around the entire situation.

Explain why you were PK'd: No clue, genuinely no clue. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Because there was absolutely 0 reason to have me killed. I was just having a regular day roaming around when the GSD goons kidnapped my superior, so I advertised asking for a meeting with an NSB officer. Upon my arrival to the MoI, I was let in by Sicherheitskommandeur Conrad Bielenberg, who tried reasoning with the GSD individuals who kept blocking our way into offices, just minging overall. A simple meeting led to them detaining me at a LaPo checkpoint at a later point (the GSD, NRD command were heavily against this). I was put in a room for an HOUR AND A HALF with nothing but demanding money from me was done. Mewsolini at one point tried having me sign an informant agreement which I politely declined, as I'm not obligated to sign it. Later on the Order Marshal walked in and just said "Oh, this one is a spy?" and when I tried telling him that I have nothing to do with any kind of espionage, he told me that he doesn't want to hear it from me. I have never signed any letters of authorization nor informant agreements ever on this character, and I've provided witness statements both to the NSB and the MGD, fitting the situation obviously. I was simply a member of the Party on this character. I genuinely believe I make the RP scene better and more fun without causing either side to hate me, and this was so uncalled for, unjustified and not the last resort. They have no proper evidence against me and I believe this was just an NHC PK, as nothing is properly done anymore and goes through NHC PKs instead of let's say me being taken to COURT, which is the obvious pick to handle scenarios like these. As I stated, before I was shot, I was sitting in a room for 30 minutes with absolutely no interaction, and then Mewsolini's character pops out of thin air infront of me and demands 20k, when I tell him I only have 7.8k on my person, he shoots me and I'm charbanned. I feel like I could help out with this particular issue, I know reasonably how to staff, from my experience as a trial mod in PGN’s GTA RP server. I have not abused my staff power in my previous position, I like the events in the server, and often civilians get guns from somewhere, and start shooting people at the events. This is an issue I wish to assist other staff members with. I will try to be consistent and actively, I judge fairly, and I have learned a few lessons from my time as a trial mod. I have a pretty good grasp on the rules, and I have tried my best to follow them IC. When it comes to the actual job of staffing, my approach is simple and fair. I stick to restoring order, giving every player a fair sit, showing respect to all members, remaining online continuously, and assessing people entirely on the basis of their actions and not personal feelings. Shooting someone with very little roleplay is just retarded. You need to play situations out more than just running and gunning. It would be different if he was pointing a gun at you. Good evening, I am the staff member who banned you. You had multiple recent notes for RDM, signaling to me that you had learned nothing from your previous altercations. This can be seen in the ban reason being “RDM, POs”. In regards to the clip, the person attempting to tie you did not have his gun out. You could have moved away or told him to back off instead of resorting to shooting him immediately. If he had pulled a gun out, your shooting of him would have been justified.

In the sit, Gregorious passed comment about having people spawn pizza's because you kept complaining about it - that is not a rulebreak. [150 Words or more]: As a I would say that the main job of an ingame moderator is to keep the server under control and making sure everyone follows the rules. In that you should do stuff like RDM, VDM, FailRP, Prop Abuse, or anything that breaks other peoples RP. If someone is breaking a rule I would read through what they were doing then have a conversation with them if needed before taking action. A big part of the job is helping people that have questions or problems. Sometimes people don't know the rules or maybe you don't know how something works, being approachable is important I think. I also think a moderator should be fair and not give out punishments because they don't like someone. The moderators should also be watching the server and responding to reports when they can. They should know the rules and be active, as well as working with the staff team. Personally, all I really had to do for this job was keep the server fun and make sure people were actually having fun with the RPing without people repeatedly breaking rules.

Good morning, I am the staff member who applied the ban. I banned you after you drove into a crowd of people outside the ICC. While you were initially pushed by another vehicle, it only changed your direction. It did not move you forwards at all. You then accelerated, into the crowd. If it weren't for the other vehicle, you accelerating would've still hit the crowd of people. As for LTAP, after I deleted your vehicle you vanished suddenly a few seconds later which led me to believe you left the server. Looking back at logs, it appears that a second staff member who saw what you did brought you to a sit, resulting in you disappearing and giving me the impression you had left the server. You are correct in that you did not leave the server. The length of your ban was influenced by your previous bans, both of which are for VDM. You had just come off of a ban for mass VDM, and it appears you have a cyclic habit of joining the server, running people over, getting banned, rinse and repeat. Given that you did not leave the server, I'm open to seeing this ban reduced somewhat. You do regardless have this bad habit, and it's just going to keep getting you banned as long as it continues.
