Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe you should pick me for the staff team, as I am very active on the forums, the Discords, and in roleplay. I believe I can contribute to the staff team by logging on daily and sorting out tickets whenever few staff are available or if a major event is going on and no one can be spared to deal with them. Being on the staff team for me means I can ensure proper roleplay is occurring, I can support players by explaining rules to them, and I can make sure a fair roleplay environment is occurring on all levels from NHC to low enlisted. I am also very trustworthy. I am prepared to assume responsibility since I know that a good staff team needs to be dependable. However, I am aware that working together is crucial, as no person can achieve success on their own. One of the main responsibilities is to assist players by handling tickets in-game and making sure concerns are resolved quickly and with professionalism. Staff also need to monitor roleplay situations as they occur, ensuring that the rules are followed and that everyone is given the opportunity to enjoy a fair roleplay experience without metagame or rule breaking being involved. Staying involved outside of the server, mainly on the forums and Discord, is another important responsibility. This makes it possible for staff to respond to questions, assist new players, and overall be a reliable individual that players can depend on. Shot a civillian while he was trespassing in the LaPo station but didn't give him enough time to leave it. [150 Words or more]: I think that the position of a Moderator requires everyday activity and help that we can provide to the players of the server. Lots of new players everyday join wanting to be recruited into a faction and people call staff to have these people set up, that is apart of the everyday task that we do. But there are also many minges that come around wanting to defame and destroy the overall larp experience of the server that is why there is staff, we are here to make sure that those people don't get a chance to defame this server and make it seem like a minge fest. We have to keep this server clean of minges and make sure people have a nice rp environment where they can sit down and play. Everyday people come from work, school or something else wanting to relax and play on this server and they don't want to be rdmed or trolled so they call staff to deal with it and we help those people with what they need assistance in. We have to protect the overall rp environment. Our job is to treat everybody equally when performing our duties no matter the ic rank or status, all players are to be treated equally so when they report something, they will be treated as a normal user on the server. We take care of what people ask of us and we make sure it is done according to the standards. That is why we have staff, to help the players and give them a nice rp experience. Staff also has to attend their staff meetings and be active on an everyday basis, with an inactive staff team how will the peoples requests be fulfilled, that is why staff has to remain active, competent and always serious, they cannot abuse the powers vested into them by the server management because if they abuse those powers people will just start to distrust the staff team. The team has to show competency, activity and an overall common sense rp behaviour. That is what I personally think on the overall duties and responsibilities of the Staff team.
