I am quite knowledgeable about different systems such as Nutscript. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?: I am a person who does take constructive criticism very well and seek to improve myself in any way possible. This application is with regards to joining the staff team to help the community by helping to manage tickets to a minimum so that roleplay can be continuous and without disturbance. I think I would suit this team very well because I am very dedicated, and I have experience in Gmod staffing. I actually think these qualities would not only help the community as such but also be a great addition to the staff team. Talking about the rules, I have read the rules and I know the basics of the rules. I can and will enforce the rules when needed, not only to punish players but to teach them as well and to keep them at least aware of the rules. I wanted to let newly joined players know the structure of the server and the way things work there and to please at least try to role-play there, and not ban their speed run each and every time they enter the server. I am a very forgiving person, and I consider the facts and circumstances before handing out the punishment. Before I ban or note a person, I would like to ensure that the person is penalized no more than possible if I notice an opportunity where the person could learn from their mistakes. I have displayed all of these qualities by receiving no infractions or bans for the past month and weeks. In conclusion, I believe that me becoming an additional member of the staff team could only be an advantage for the staff team and the entire community, and I will do my best in my new role. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words?: As part of the staff team, my roles and responsibilities would be ensuring that the members of Prometheus Networks are abiding by the rules necessary for the right roleplay to occur. Moving on, rules must not operate like an iron fist. If there is a query or a genuine mistake that has been made, it is necessary to teach the individual where they have gone wrong. You represent the community, and you need to be an example to the rest of the community. You need to be understanding and patient with tickets, with questions, and with people who need help or answers when you are assisting them. As mentioned before, I would have to make sure that I enforce the rules strictly when necessary not just to punish them but to teach them and just to make sure they are informed of the rules by describing or explaining them if necessary. I would like to assist new players and help them understand the structure of the server and how things work around there. Thanks for the advice, I was in the process of becoming a war planner, and someone was going to show me the relevant documents and how to use the map tools and stuff, but it can wait another 7 or so hours

Tucker, Drug Prices vary and change every 3 hours as a user above has mentioned. You can still compile processed drugs in your bank account, waiting for prices to rise so you can make a profit. Another way to earn money on the server is through our Mining System which can make some great money through the in-game Refinery feature, which always has a set price for each ore collected.

As MomsMom has already mentioned, you are welcome to continue to engage with the community throughout our Forums and Discords during your Ban, as it is not a CWB. However, meetings (IC Interactions) must always take place on the server - any information gathered through Discord or other external services cannot be used in-game, otherwise it will be classed as Metagaming. You can read more about this here. The meeting will have to take place in-game when you return from your Ban. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them below.

You can continue to be active so long as you have access. As a general rule of thumb-while banned you cant post any documents etc in your factions discord/announcement channels. You should not be having meetings over discord about in game things. Wait until your ban is up and meet in game. Meeting over Discord about In game things is meta gaming.

I could possibly see LTARP, but I'd still disagree with that. Hopped off the server after my second death from being harassed by minges after not breaking any server rules or being in a sit / in contact with staff. The last time I logged off the server was the night of December 29th / possibly technically the morning of December 30th in U.S. CST. I had been on the server for 16-18 hours at that point. Before logging off, the prior 30 minutes consisted of Feldjager RP with detained people in cells wrapping up, and then being harassed by a couple of people from the reserve army who were borderline minges. At first, they cornered me and were just insulting me at the bendlerblock. We talked for a few minutes, arguing about having my MP-40 out on safety because they wanted me to put it away. I eventually put it away, and they said "naw man he's good, he put it away" as they continued arguing amongst themselves about how they could keep fucking with me. I walked out of the bendlerblock and was then gunned down by one of them. I made a ticket for RDM, but was informed by the staff member that there was nothing they could do about it since I didn't have a clip. After respawning, I left the ICC and headed towards the garden in the city with the pond to AFK because I didn't feel like afk mining. After the first few minutes of me being AFK, with my laptop still in my lap while I was scrolling reels on my phone, the same group of reserve army came to the garden and began to immediately tie me, search me, kidnap me, etc. About 30 seconds into that, they either gunned each other down, including me, or got gunned down by a civilian/other faction/someone else. At this point, I'd had enough of this, after being active on the server for SIXTEEN - EIGHTEEN hours, and slogging through some RP before this whole scenario that in my opinion was not fun at all. So, after all of us respawned, and with them immediately tying me again after we all respawned, still in spawn, I disconnected from the server because I did NOT want to deal with that, and I figured there's no way that could be valid RP because, for one these people were just minging, and for two we all just died and respawned. So I got off and went to bed. I went hunting yesterday so i didn't attempt to connect to the server at all. However, today I tried connecting about 20 minutes ago and was surprised to see a ban message appear. I was even more surprised to see that the ban was for LTAP. The only possible reason I could see myself getting banned for, which I would still disagree with and appeal, is LTARP. I wasn't in a sit or in contact with any staff before I disconnected, nor had I broken any server rules prior to disconnecting. I was sick of getting harassed by a group of brain-dead, mingy people goofing off in the reserve army. Additional Information: I think I've expressed the situation and my thoughts on it well in the above paragraph. I also really don't want to have a ban on my record, I always try to take this server seriously and avoid breaking the mostly common sense rules, because this is pretty much the last 1942-ish RP community on Garry's Mod and I don't want a bad rep in it, or to mess with other people's experiences.

there wasnt really a massive gunfight when the chiefinspektor pointed his weapon at me i hit him twice he then died and a nsb member shot me. as for acting agressively. I was the only member to react in this manor because he is my superior and there werent really any infantry around aside from one other guy who was standing behind everyone not really interacting with the situation. there were panzers attached to flynburg who dont care for the infantry chief because theyve ignored all of their duties for the past few days to protect flynburg. with this meaning I was the only person around to defend him in this sort of manner. there were some men who after the chaos took advantage and ended up breaking him out of cuffs

It is very arguable that I responded with equivalent force in this situation. Yes I in character acted irrationally because the person I was guarding got a gun shoved in his face and then I had a gun pointed at my face. However you also acted irrationally by yelling over your superior taking matters into your own hands not on any orders to do so. the simple fact of the matter is if you decided to let your general talk with my Commander and the other general none of this would have even happened in the first place. I was promted to react in the way I did on the sole fact that you pulled a weapon out and in the clip you notice that once you make that one singular threat chaos erupts and everyone starts yelling. You are the one to escalte things and in this scene I was not going to let you take my superior at gunpoint. You were acting on some sort of emotion because you couldnt keep a cool head while your superior was talking and instead chose to scream over him and just try and tie up my officer. You then acted on emotion by banning me because I killed you when you pointed a gun right at me. Even if I had escalted things even more the main issue with this is that you were an active threat by shoving a gun in my face and saying you were gonna detain me this in no way is rdm at all you wanted to arrest me and you got killed for it nobody else died because nobody was else was pointing a gun at me it was only you.

As shown in the clip you provided, the situation was largely under control. You were restrained, tied up, and the escalation had effectively ended. Once weapons were lowered and returned to a safe state, the situation should have been over. Instead, Skips chose to continue punching agents. I’m not saying he can’t react in character, but it’s abundantly clear at that point he was baiting a gunfight, which goes directly against the spirit of good roleplay. There were plenty of lawful and in-character options available—your general could have issued orders, de-escalated, or redirected the situation and still been completely within RP. What happened instead was just ridiculous. To be clear, this all stemmed from questioning over a stupid advertisement and national announcements, nothing that justified further violence. His actions directly ruined the scene and forced escalation where none was necessary. Given that, along with his prior offenses, a ban was justified. That said, I’ll acknowledge emotion played a role. I was pretty pissed off that it even got to that point in the first place. Because of that, I’d be okay with reducing the ban to 3 days.

i WANT to be unbanned, and whilst I deserve it less then some, I feel I should be allowed to come back. I focused most of my rule reading to the general and pk rules, instead of the global because I didn't expect to ever break a global rule (Because most of them are pretty much common sense. and I didn't use common sense) I am not Owed an unban, but I want to be unbanned. I miss this community, and I don't see a world where I can exist without it for much longer, but I know you don't have to unban me.
