This is my formal ban appeal and apology to both the Prometheus community and Major Whoreson for my actions and behavior in the Prometheus Community. To start off, let me give some context to what happened. I was banned for 11 months and 30 days about four months ago in early September for initiating a gunfight and being a troll. This happened during a scene when some form of detainments were happening within the bendlerblock, and my actions seriously interfered with roleplay and caused an unnecessary gunfight that disrupted the experience for a large portion of the server. (Somebody attempted to tie me, I shot and directly caused the initiation of a large gunfight). I understand that my actions were not acceptable for the standards the community and what is expected for roleplay. I am not here to argue whether I was right, wrong, or downright crazy. The bottom line is that I messed up, and I take full accountability for doing so. I apologize to the community for ruining the roleplay at the time and causing a mass gunfight. I also apologize to Major Whoreson for making a scene that caused that roleplay to devolve into a gunfight for no good reason. I have put effort and thought into reflecting on what I did wrong and how I can improve as a roleplayer so that I do not cause situations like this to occur again, and I deeply regret having done so in the first place. When I was banned, I was not behaving in a way that was fit for a member of the Prometheus community, and much of my roleplay had revolved on gunfight based scenarios for a little while leading up to my ban. The ban and its length made me realize that I needed to change how I roleplayed and behaved within communities, especially in Prometheus. Over the four months that have passed, I have made a real effort to change both as a community member and as a roleplayer. I have learned to think more carefully about how my actions affect roleplay and other players who are involved in the situations. I also thought about how my actions might represent or reflect on the community as a whole. I understand now that what I did crossed the boundaries for the community's standards, and I have worked on improving myself as both a community member and a (real life) person. This community is also unique, which actually motivated me to work on rectifying the errors in my behavior so that I could be a member of the community who is fit to return. Prior to my ban, I had over a week of total playtime on Prometheus. I also played consistently for about a year. I had only one ban before this incident, which occurred four months before it. I also had 1–2 notes on my record. Throughout my time on the server, I met many individuals in Prometheus who helped make the community what it is, and I apologize to them for negatively impacting their experience, as well as to Major Whoreson for being a nuisance on the server. I did not fully understand how my actions impacted the people around me and the server at the time. I haven’t found a community like Prometheus since, and I hope to return as both a better person and a better roleplayer. I am not asking for what happened to be excused. I, again, take full accountability for my actions and regret them deeply, but I am asking whether you would consider giving me a second chance to play on the server. I am more than willing to be on a zero tolerance policy for any infractions, or a strict one warning system, just whatever can be worked out. I understand that my words alone might not make you trust me, and that any trust I might've had has to be rebuilt from the ground up through actions and my representation in the community rather than words alone. If the answer is no, and I must continue to serve my ban, I understand your decision and respect the boundary as it's set. Good kid at the end of the day. But for context, you didn't only leave the server to avoid roleplay (LTARP). You also left all of the discords beforehand. If you're going to be "loyal to Prometheus" - I hope to NOT see you on any other shitty knockoff. I accept the apology personally, the decision is in the hands of the Upper Administration Team.

I did good larp before all of this and i kept my nose clean it was literally just this one mistake that kinda screwed me, i am sorry sharp and shorty for the situation and i intend to do much less intense larp as all of my characters are dead but i still miss the social climbing group and i miss larping as i was already cold turkey of it for about 6 months Please give me one more try Prometheus staff team! @Slugyeah i understand that shouldve mentioned it but i though it wouldve shown you it did crash, it froze and it eouldnt turn off so i unplug my power supply i tried telling the nsb i was lagging and probably would freeze my game freeze a lot on the server.

Our logs can decipher between a game crash and an intentional disconnect. In this case, it shows you intentionally disconnected from the server while you were tied and being searched.

I think this is your most enjoyable build thus far. Really like the tone of the build and it definitely feeds into our type of government structure. Radiates authority and decision making.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should be un-PK'd as this entire situation wasn't given any time to simmer. I sent my resignation around 2 hours before being PK'd, and was then instructed to meet with the Field Marshal at 5 PM. Sometime around 3 PM, I hopped on the server and my character was banned, with no DM or explanation sent to me at all. This seems wholly false, and a very feasible RP interaction if done properly in game. It just seems to me that they didn't want to bother attempting anything, and so they just PK'd me to end the issue. After speaking with Prime in a sit, I was told that I wasn't responding and that I didn't inform people prior. For responding, I was inactive during the night as I was at a restaurant alongside shoveling the driveway after, but when I came back I messaged the group chats and responded around 9 PM. About the informing, this I agree with, as I should've provided prior warning to people, however it doesn't seem like a reason to just fully eradicate the character for. This would've been resolved in RP, and if my death was dished out in game I would've had no complaints with it, as it would've been a properly served PK. Additional Information: My resignation letter thanked the field marshal and I don't believe there was any in RP reason to PK me after checking the guidelines (no grief, no fearrp, not last resort, etc).
