You were not banned for 'calling out rulebreakers', you were banned after making 7 Tickets and refusing to RP out a situation which was wholly an in-character issue. UA had to intervene as you wouldn't take no for an answer after speaking to several different staff members. You entirely disregarded what Lawson had to say and then disconnected because you didn't get your way. We understand that being detained isn't fun, but you are expected to RP it out just like everyone else. You were not AFK, otherwise you wouldn't be able to be tied. You unequipped a Mauser just before a Hauptwehrmann detained you.

Cant see the clip and also in the first place there should've been no reason to even point a gun at me Like I had said which is why I think Fearrp was invalid cause I literally had done nothing to the dude, and if anything I wouldve had a reason to Do something not him 4. You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal.

Hi planetdude10, thank you for creating a PK appeal. I was the staff member who issued the PK. Your character was PK'd because you pulled out your gun while you were under gunpoint by 2 players. You managed to gun down one of them but the other killed you, resulting in your character's death. This falls under the PK guideline: Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] FearRP Rule 1 - While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. It Kinda just seemed like a regular Interaction but turned into something Cuz of them and not me. If I Then like a few minutes later im Tped into a sky room and then the dude says im gonna be Pked and Im like "For wut" and hes like "Cuz u broke fear Rp" and I was confused Cuz I had already moved on from that interaction, But clearly the dude didnt. So really I was just messing around with the dude But he Kinda took this too seriously and I wasnt sure If he actually wanted to do something So i just shot him, If i knew he was Genuinely serious I probably would have complied and not equipped my gun, so I own up to that and I guess my bad but I really wasnt even trying to start anything Additional Information: I had no idea what I actually did, I was just trying to have some fun with people but because of one dude taking it serious for no reason, this is what happened

I return from my shit to being handcuffed. I ask why am I being arrested and the smooth brain nsb agents tell me because I did not show id when asked for it. I call staff to come to my rescue against these rulebreakers and get told to thug it out and roleplay the scene out, I do ending in my death and stripping of my expensive firearms from my inventory. after I die I call another staff ticket to report the rulebreakers. I show the admin the rule that was broken "If an individual is detained/tied without continuous sufficient roleplay (being trialed, interrogated, etc.) for 15 minutes, then the individual must be released. If it is found that a player is not being interacted with sufficiently then by staff discretion they can be released" the staff member then tells me again in a angry tone of voice i told you to rp it out and then I was banned. I'm now currently banned for trying to expose server rule breakers. They don't give you godly powers as staff so you can do whatever you want they give it to you to uphold the rules. maybe try it sometime so I Don't have to get banned for making a ticket against a rulebreaker.

It was always there for me when I was down or when I needed something to fill my time with a little enjoyment. When I watched one YouTube video about this game, I knew I had to join because it seemed so interesting and fun to be a part of. When I first started playing, I was alone during minge hours, but I found someone to play with. We played together for a while, became friends, and I officially fell in love with this server. I grinded for weeks on end and eventually rose through the ranks to become part of the MDG. I found a home in this server, but I noticed that most tickets took several minutes to be handled by a staff member. I hated this because I would wonder what they could possibly be doing while randoms ruined my roleplay. I would never wish that experience upon my enemies. I spend a lot of my time on this game (which is kind of pathetic), but it helps me have fun and gives me something to do while enjoying myself. Sometimes, I just stand around or walk to the bank, waiting for something exciting to happen, but it never does. I feel like I could help other people during these moments of boredom, and it would also help me regain my love for this game. Although dealing with trolls is one part of this position, I also believe the bigger responsibility is helping people. Whether it’s helping someone with uniforms or simply answering questions, this is a vital part of a staff member’s role. Without this support, people could lose respect for the staff team and feel like they have nowhere to turn. I remember needing help when I first joined. Luckily, I saw a message that said, “Need help? Type @ for staff assistance.” I’m very thankful that message was there because the staff member who helped me was a lifesaver. Which you also admit to in your appeal. You are disputing the amount of time you were banned for being 10days which was issued due to your previous offences of 2 bans, and 2 notes all of which were given for RDM, or NITRP all of which also were given this month. You've been given plenty of opportunities to change your behaviour on the server and chose not too which is why a ban of 10 days was given. Additionally, it doesnt matter if it was a serious roleplay situation or not, the server at all times except for in a sitroom is in roleplay and RDM, and going around shouting your a Na zi (Which stopped years ago now) is just ruining that roleplay.
