As of today, the mechanics regarding contraband such as weapons/drugs/illegal items are obtained via NPC interaction, what i propose is to further expand this, giving the map timed and automatic events such and a new currency exclusive to deal with in the black market "black money" wich cannot be laundered except via events with staff or the "Mule" mechanic, aswell a new form of valuables in the form of several knicknacks that can be pawned at a pawnshop - "The Train" a train containing valuable cargo: Players can choose to raid it and armed forces will be on the lookout for it to defend it, ofc to not exploit it conditions are to be met such as a playercount, and a additional condition of 6-10 goberment officials to be on and in character for it to be activated. - "A missing shipment" drifting boxes on the shoreline or sea or canal (depending on how available will sea or bodies of water be) wich ofc will contain valuables, drugs, weapons and maybe even "black money" - "Mule" The mule is a NPC that using the same mechanics as the drug dealers have currently, will produce a "valuable" set to be delivered on a drop in exchange of "black money". tho this will be balanced to be only 10-20% of the total value you pay -"Pawnshop" we all have useless items we carry around, pretty simple, a pawnshop that can buy ordinary items, and "valuable" items for 10-40% their original value -"The Smuggler" the smuggler may be a better way to get a shooting iron than kidnapping poor 40 mins ago recruited enlisted that went stray on the street, the idea is the same as with the mule, pay 150-300% the gun value on "black money" and get a shipment with a random amount and random weapon, never military specs ofc, rifles, revolvers, tops a pistol never something that could make a big difference -"The Partisan" this one i'd like to push it further, sounds like a good idea, might not be in practice but ofc it's a suggestion, the partisan is a member of the "resistance" or just some feller who dosen't like taxes or bureaucrats, he aswell deals in black money, mainly he offers you targets, value never changes, same payout if it's a oberst or a soldat, the main idea is for the resistance or mafias to always have a target, not sitting afk with their dicks in their hand doing passive RP, this means a constant climate of tension GOVT vs CIV vs INSG -"The Tailor" Need a quick get away? go to the Tailor, this is a new form of disguise, for a modic sum or a great sum in black money, you can change your appearance for 5 minutes to lay low, aswell the tailor will get you a escape route (respawn you). this will prompt the security forces to really enforce the document check on everyone. these are my suggestions, i know some might be hard to implement mostly on the coding side, and some are relatively easy given they are using existing mechanics just adding another layer to them, hope you all like these ideas and have a wonderful day/night/evening/fuckifiknow

Try to find or make a car system where we can shoot out of the windows and do drive bys just to add a new aspect and a little fun, i know it would be heptic and hard to handle but just a suggestion i would like to throw out

You speak for the community, so you should be a good example. Show respect, patience, and tolerance when working with tickets, answering questions, and helping players who may need clarification on something. Good communication is about empathy. As mentioned above, I'd need to be more than sure when it came time to enforce rules, not only in punishing players but teaching them, letting them overall know the rules, describing and clarifying every rule if need be. -1 Shooting in a courtroom full of judges and general-ranking personnel with ARMED guards, even if you do claim it was for "RP" reasons, would have immediately had you shot with no trial anyways if you were arrested. Other than that, what you did was just blatant failrp. Note: I was one of the Judges that were there.

Browniemeister was the banning staff member. Maybe dont talk about spongebob squarepants during a serious dispute in the street..... I was present in this situation and it breaks down the rp enviornment.
