Hi, I was the staff member who banned you. The reason the other individual wasn't banned was due to you being the one who started the gunfight and being the only one who killed individuals, and your previous offences of RDM, and NITRP. It was something I was making for minge hours because I knew tables were very affective against cars so I thought If spawned enough on a car, the car would just get destroyed, I didn't know it would lag, since it didn't lag with any other prop except the tables.

Hi @Rizo Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal. After reviewing your appeal there are some troubling discrepancies that I notice, the main one being you believing that the NSB agents are breaking server rules by tying you when you are AFK. To put this bluntly, there is no such thing as your character being 'AFK'. It doesn't make sense in terms of RP. Our rules provide no protections for players that just decide to walk away, leaving their chars standing still in the RP environment. The 15 minute rule you have quoted has nothing to do with your situation. If you truly were away from your computer then how exactly do you know how long you were detained for? That rule is meant for players who have been arrested, taken to jail, and left there to rot. Clearly there was more to this situation than as you state given the statement from Vixx, so your dishonesty only adds further fuel to the fire. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

So you were making a dupe which consisted of over 70 tables? - you spawned them within a matter of seconds, causing the server to crash.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: It was late at night, probably 2-ish, I was making dupes, and while accidentally spawning the same dupe over and over, it eventually started to lag the server like ALOT and eventually it went down, I left as soon as possible to see If I left, the props would vanish, and the server wouldn't have crashed. I didn't mean to crash the server, I was just trying to make some dupes, I sincerely hope you forgive me, I just wanted to make some dupes I didn't want to ruin anybody's experience on the server. I really hope someone takes this into consideration and at least knows me a little to know I'd never do something like this intentionally. Additional Information: I really don't want to just be gone like that, I love this server, and the people on this server.

Clip link fixed. The reason for putting you under FearRP is that the LAPO officer was trying to arrest you after the player you tried to tie reported you.

You were not banned for 'calling out rulebreakers', you were banned after making 7 Tickets and refusing to RP out a situation which was wholly an in-character issue. UA had to intervene as you wouldn't take no for an answer after speaking to several different staff members. You entirely disregarded what Lawson had to say and then disconnected because you didn't get your way. We understand that being detained isn't fun, but you are expected to RP it out just like everyone else. You were not AFK, you unequipped a Mauser just before a Hauptwehrmann detained you.

Cant see the clip and also in the first place there should've been no reason to even point a gun at me Like I had said which is why I think Fearrp was invalid cause I literally had done nothing to the dude, and if anything I wouldve had a reason to Do something not him 4. You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal.

Hi planetdude10, thank you for creating a PK appeal. I was the staff member who issued the PK. Your character was PK'd because you pulled out your gun while you were under gunpoint by 2 players. You managed to gun down one of them but the other killed you, resulting in your character's death. This falls under the PK guideline: Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK] FearRP Rule 1 - While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK. It Kinda just seemed like a regular Interaction but turned into something Cuz of them and not me. If I Then like a few minutes later im Tped into a sky room and then the dude says im gonna be Pked and Im like "For wut" and hes like "Cuz u broke fear Rp" and I was confused Cuz I had already moved on from that interaction, But clearly the dude didnt. So really I was just messing around with the dude But he Kinda took this too seriously and I wasnt sure If he actually wanted to do something So i just shot him, If i knew he was Genuinely serious I probably would have complied and not equipped my gun, so I own up to that and I guess my bad but I really wasnt even trying to start anything Additional Information: I had no idea what I actually did, I was just trying to have some fun with people but because of one dude taking it serious for no reason, this is what happened
