The lesson to learn here is when NHC call for a ceasefire and recall you back to barracks, you listen. That is a roleplay order. While you can absolutely refuse orders - unless you have a valid rp reason to shoot someone outside of them being the opposition its RDM at that point, again as your commanders have called for a cease fire invalidating shoot on sight orders. Also you can not die as one character and come back as a Jr. , II, etc. immediately after being pked. If you can acknowledge all of this then I have no issue giving you another chance.

FTR my intent there was to broaden the civil war. I told the Major and made jokes about what I was going to do and why, he didn't have to give me a gun. I have a 35 minute video of my events on this server today, I was not hiding my intention while joining the military. I dont deny anything you said besides the premise. My intention was to cause a larger civil war because of the larger Kreiger History. I was given a gun, and a car after EXPLICITLY telling members of RP what I was gonna do.

While I can see why you would want to "RP kill MOI". You ran over Military, Party, State, and others; someone else flung your car, then CAME BACK and did it again. While players are in the middle of the end of a civil war trying to figure things out, you are actively just running people over in a car repeatedly. You were also kicked out of the military for randomly shooting fellow soldiers.

Ultreht Kreiger I was permadeathed after being burtalized by the MOI and MOJ. I lead an attempted revolution at one point that failed along with the people of little China. I have clips on youtube that go back to 2024/23 showing this. My RP is entirely based within my own character/family who had his dad brutally tortured (Ultrich Kreiger I, he had his Eyes gouged out by the Ministry of Interior) Ultrech Kreiger was permadeeathed after attempting to kill a group of the Kaiserliche Feldjägers (IIRC could have been a different agency) intruding on Little China after Ultrich had been released Additional Information: My character had deep trauma in its origins and its ability to work with any of the major factions in the server. At first attempted to seek civil war and when Ultrich II was kicked out of the military for trying to start one, took matters in his own hands. The banning mod/admin asked me "why I did it" but then right after teleported away and began typing his ban command. I tried to explain, I would have loved to have had an opportunity to talk about this history that expands years into this servers lore. But I did not get the chance. My major questions: Why was this a 3 day ban at all rather than just a permadeath? Kill off the entire Kreiger line. Ultrech I was already gunned down and permadeathed. I dont understand why this is so different.

Thank you for your report for RDM, I have looked at the clip and have looked into the server logs observed that he killed you for no reason numerous times as well and broke rule 9.1. I will attempt to talk to the player and let him know what he did wrong and punish him accordingly. Edit: After speaking to the player involved. Both players both committed RDM on each other and also proceeded to switch characters to go back and kill the other person(check logs for that as well) . Both players have been talked to and have been explained what they both did wrong and have been explained on what do to next time something happens and there is no staff on. Both Players got RDM Notes.

+1 seems like a good guy and has had previous staff experience on other servers and discord as well.he also seems to understand and has learned from his previous ban or note. Then I think he tried to tie me, so I shot at him, hitting multiple times with an MP40, and he did not die. Secondly, you are lying in the sit you also stated "I had killed a guy I believed had shot me and not killed me turns out I was wrong" after we told you that this was the worse excuse since he was one of the few individuals in the server with a custom model you shouted that he should "CLOCK IN" killing him in the sit in reference to the players role on Diverge Networks. Not only did you know exactly what you were doing you are harrassing a member of the community showing you have zero intent to roleplay on our server. Lastly, I was originally going to ban you for 2 weeks however I felt this was too harsh despite your causing a Mass Gunfight, RDMing, RDMing in a sit, LTAPing, showing NITRP, and harassing a member of the community.
