As you've exhibited again, total inability to accept any wrong doing or even attempt to view it from a different perspective. There is not a military on the planet that would allow the balatant insubordination that you were demonstrating to your command and non-military high command. You weren't banned for that, you were banned bceuase you legitmatiely believe that what you were doing is good RP that makes sense. I asked you many times if you were serious or just doing a very good job at trolling me, you assurred me you were serious, and you seem to be affirming that over and over again in this appeal. If you genuinely cannot understand how what you did just results in your character being sent to a penal battalion, then you just probably need to take a break from the server and maybe come to terms with reality. The reason why I opened fire was because Experts Luftwaffe char, a Hauptmann, and the Generalmajor of the courts were trying to detain me and other panzers, I think that this justifies why I shot because me and my friends were actively being detained. Another thing that I wish to address is that Expert was directly involved with this situation and still chose to ban me. The problem with the Trusted rank was the notable disconnect between Staff members giving promotions, and Trusted members giving promotions. For the most part, Trusted members did not abuse the privilege (as they were Trusted members of our community); however, there were many cases of Trusted members giving out promotions that violated our Character Promotion Guidelines. While they did not intentionally break these guidelines, they simply did not have all of the information/logs that our Staff members have access to (which are used to combat these situations).

Neutral I did always like Trusted, it was useful and well controlled to ensure players with the privilege used it for the right reasons. However, am not sure why Verax chose to close the Applications in late 2024. If it were viable to bring back, I would support this idea as when MITHC launches, there will be endless recruitment and model tickets as users establishing themselves.

Description of the idea: Bringing back trusted when MITHC launches, adding it back to the forums for people to apply for it, this will allow players to be able to set people into a faction without staff Why should this be added?: This should be added back as it will decrease workload for staff members and you'll be able to recruit people into your faction when no staff is on and this will help staff members by not overwhelming them with as many tickets What negatives could this have?: It may cause people to abuse the power of trusted Additional information:

He did indeed called me a stupid European along alot of other insults. i dont know why he things i would lie about this. everything i sayd is the truth und i m sure others that where arround can agree with that. again keep in mind i havent insulted or disrespected him once in the whole conversation even after all his insults. i m still trying to solve this peacfully. since i litterally havent broke a single rule nor have i disrespected anyone or broke RP (note that he started talking about RL even tho i didnt wanted to). i just want to continue play on the server again since alot of people miss me there. und if Whoreson wishes too id compleatly get out of his way too as id be happy to do so.
