Hello, I was the staff member who issued your ban. Over the course of approximately two hours, you repeatedly created tickets demanding a specific staff member rather than allowing the on-duty staff to assist you. During this time, you broke character while being arrested by stating, “Y’all better be glad Vixx isn’t on,” along with several other OOC remarks and infractions. The situation escalated when you repeatedly returned to the LAPO Garage, baited gunfire, and then submitted a report alleging RDM. When I claimed the ticket, you again demanded to speak to Vixx. I informed you that he was not online and that I was available to handle the situation. At that point, you responded with direct verbal abuse toward staff. Your actions constitute multiple rule violations, including but not limited to: Breaking character and using OOC remarks during active roleplay Breaking NLR over and over, then saying that the LAPO were "harassing you" after you continued to return to that location and make staff tickets on those involved. Baiting gunfire and attempting to manufacture an RDM report Harassment that escalated to disrespect toward staff This ban was issued due to a pattern of disruptive behavior, not a single isolated incident. In short you need a cooldown..... To add - Each time you made a ticket you didnt explain what the issue was or anything. You refused to cooperate with any other staff member. You cant pick and choose, especially when they are not online. We are all here to help.

I have been openly harassed and metagamed for my accent and vixx can verify this has been taking place by all of LAPO. I had a LAPO character and left openly because they constantly judged my accent. I felt harassed and asked to leave and they didnt want to, so I attempted to delete char but admins took care of it. I don't even know why i am banned and not them because i had over 10 sits with them rdming me. They would literally go to each one of my characters openly metagame saying "ITS HENRY THE TRAITOR!" then beat the fuck outta me and detain me. They then would repeat the process in the cells and kill me but have people ready to detain me near my spawn, they did this over 5 times and caused me to delete like 2 of my characters. They did this on my most recent one and I made a ticket for the 200th time against them but then I was banned for the image below. I just ask for the bullying to stop because I am not even taking it personal but if they are rule breaking then it should be dealt with accordingly, make fun of me all you want and be miserable but don't be breaking rules openly to be funny. Additional Information: Bully me all you want guys. Just don't be rdming because that shit aint funny, the admins and I have countless clips of you guys doing this shit too

Hi, I was the one that PKed you. As stated by both myself and Vixx in the sit you were PKed for your blatant disregard for your own life. You were running around the Senate Chamber with armed guards chasing you, and started untying people who were under guard, its not something anyone valuing their life would do and is why you were PKed.

Firstly, here is your SteamID which needs to be included in your Appeal: STEAM_0:1:645709333 Whilst in the Senate Chambers, around countless armed guards, you thought it would be appropriate to attempt to free your friends who were detained. You managed to free two individuals, during which you had a rifle as well as a pistol pointed at your head in an attempt to get you to stop. You continued to untie a third guard whilst under direct gunpoint, leading to your death. Your PK fell into FearRP. Attempting to release individuals in a room that was highly secured is unlikely to succeed, the possibility of death was extremely high. Continuing to do so after having multiple guns to your head made it imminent. I shall inform Thomas of your Appeal.

i dont see why they would add this over the current system, i personally like arc9 alot more but you really havent given ANY reason as to why it'd actually be better within the server over the current system. The current system works fine and has damage values aswell as crippling you when being shot in the leg. Why would they go through all that effort to change to arc9 because 'you like it' -1 from me dawg

This guy is a bit of a troll, but hes a good person. He genuinely doesn't do anything besides act a bit goofy at times, I love beast mode and whenever i see him it always brings a smile to my face. I also, cannot find any rules regarding pressing the pantheons buttons, so im not sure why exactly he was banned in the first place? Beast Mode is a goat, he's a struggling single dad trying to raise his special needs son in Berlin, give the man a break. +1

That makes sense, but for places like the ICC theyre already *IN* the map, you just cant spawn them yourself. your hatred of sandbags in the RS and other places is understood but just because they dont fit in there doesnt mean they dont fit elsewhere. we still have sandbag props but theyre honestly awful to use as they use some sort of grid system but dont interlock how theyre supposed to, I think allowing other tools such as the cameras, 3D2D textscreen, and lamps will give builders more freedom, and in regards to server crashes im sure it couldnt be hard to figure out WHO is doing it and permanently ban them, even if they make another account theyd still have to buy props again which is simply more money in the servers pockets, i mean it seems like a win win to me. I feel like the majority of trolls on the server have either lost interest or simply joined the community in their own little way, you still get random civilians joining but they dont do much besides act like morons.

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. Show your logs of him being restrained because all of the konsulguard had their guns out? You cant detain someone while having your gun out. He had his gun out off of safety pointed at both 2 high ranking officials including the vicekonsul and there is reason to believe vicekonsul was going to be under distress soon anyway. I shot him for moving and not complying with the detainment with his gun out OFF OF SAFETY

No, you killed a user who was actively being restrained whilst he was outnumbered. You caused a gunfight, it is extremely clear cut and simple. You RUINED a RP Scenario.

I was literally in the corner during the "he just started a gunfight" He was not being detained they both had guns out at each other aswell. That clip btw seems very subtle its almost like there is more to the story than that and you must need a full encounter to ban me. there was more to that clip after. The suspect had his gun out and was failing to comply so I shot him. This clip is cut out so you can't even see the next encounter's after that, notice how during all of this I stayed alive and actually was talking to people! But too bad you want me banned so bad by harassing me in the walls everywhere!
