With the Unapproved Raid, you said April 4th 2025 while we were in the sit and there was roleplay to it, it was to pk the kriegsmarschall and I didn't know I wasn't able to go and pk because nobody told me and when I asked someone to go they said sure

Hello, I'm Governor the senior administrator that banned you. During this time of conflict between the two factions, a specific group of people were allowed to PK the Kriegsmarschall, and you were not of the 4. You had a specific assignment in character and it was unrealistic that you would go in and solo raid (without any real roleplay reason) the ICC. Furthermore, you claimed in DM's with another member of the staff team, Kentuckyfriedhorse, that the mentioned note was a "year old", while in reality this note was from April 4th, and specifically mentioned you raiding the ICC. Generally, your PO's reflect a history of NITRP and unapproved raiding, and I made the decision to ban you for 2 days as a more proper punishment given your activities. And honestly, I originally intended to provide leniency, and yes I did change the ban from 1 day to 2, as a result of you clearly not caring about the original 1 day, while it is meant to be a punishment preventing from further rule breaks.

Your Name: Alexander Wolf SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:645709333 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Dispute Which staff member banned you?: Governor How long is your ban for?: 2 days Why were you banned?: Unapproved raid Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I was on my KG char and a officer of the kg told me that the Kriegsmarschall was pk active and so was the War Marshall, So I go to the ICC and enter through the garage and I remember a server announcement saying something on the lines of " If you try to PK someone and you die you will be pk'd " so I knew the risk of going in there and possibly dying and then 2 members of the military come up to me and try to detain me then ( at this point im in the BB )I turn a corner then point my gun and I kill one of them and the other kills me, after I die im at the LF and then im brought up into a sit, thinking I was going to be PK'd, then Governor says "you cant just kill someone under fearrp", then he says "let me look at your notes" and then after looking at my notes, I did have a Unapproved raid from awhile ago then he says "Oh well you have a unapproved raid note" so I am going to be banning you for a day and then I make a joke saying " OMG what am I going to do without Prometheus for a day" and then he say you know what its 2 day's now for saying that. So I believe I should've just been pk'd for that instead of being banned. Additional Information:

Description of the idea: I think the server should expand drug RP not by adding more drugs, but by adding more systems around them. For example, permanent checkpoints around the map that players have to pass through when buying, selling, or transporting drugs. This would create more ways to approach it, like bribing or hiding items somehow, and make it less straightforward. Since it’d be harder, it could also be more profitable. It would also create more RP overall, with civilians, government, and police all getting involved like drug units actually having a purpose, or even cartel style groups forming. Scenarios like smuggling drugs in trucks or setting up deals could lead to some really fun interactions. Why should this be added? It would make drug RP more active and give people a reason to engage in it. It adds more interaction between civilians, police, and even corrupt government, along with more specialized roles and group based RP. People trafficking drugs with a bunch of crates in a truck, seems like some fun rp. What negatives might this have? Police might become more aggressive toward civilians, which could hurt RP if overdone. This could be managed with rules or IC policies. Additional information: Drug transport likely wouldn’t be limited to civilians, which could make things even more interesting. There might be a factor im not considering, I just want to get the idea out there.

Rizuke, you said the same thing when you banned me. The moderater Boogie himself said that what I did should result in a PK but you dismissed that and said, "he needs three days to cool off." I have already cooled off and calmed down.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I apologize for the offenses I had caused, and I admit I could have taken a different route and give more warnings, but one specific man was warned several times to leave but came back with more people. I was in a tense moment already so I panicked and shot them. Additional Information: I just want to say sorry again and if this appeal is accepted I learn from this mistake and it will not happen again.

Much like many of us, myself included, he started playing Prometheus in the past with the intention to minge. A while back, however, he became genuinely invested in Prometheus. I have acknowledged that what I did was stupid and that the situation COULD'VE been handled better. I acted on impulse, influenced by the fact that it's a family member he tied up and that the former CDKK has repeatedly told his guard group that he wants the CDBK gone. I only ask for some decency, as it was a mistake that should have been handled better.

The issue is that you did it without any hesitation and with no regard to RP. Due to YOUR actions the VIP you swore to protect was gunned down in the crossfire. There just was no sense, logic, or RP reasoning for anything you did and you do not seem to be acknowledging that.
