Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm just going to start it off with the fact that KG is allowed to jaywalk and I had a party tier at the time which allows me to jaywalk legally too. I honestly thought they were just trolling since they actually never stated that I was being fined and just told me to stop running (Not at gunpoint) and tried instantly tying me when I wasn't told a reason before, So I just walked away as I wasn't told to not walk away so I just moved down the RS stairs and they just shot me without ever telling me to come back. Additional Information: The PK was issued one hour after I was killed, I was also made fun of during the sit by both the person who killed me and the staff member as I was crying since I have anxiety.

Hello Spooks Here, You have been banned for the reason of making other users uncomfortable and having no intent to Roleplay. This was reported by other members of the server and especially seen by other staff member that were online at the time. Please understand that we take user safety and comfort very seriously, and your remarks that you have made are not appropriate for the server. Another, thing I am a very reasonable man and I see that you are trying to actively and get yourself back in the community, so I want to give you a chance. Fix your appeal because it's clearly an apology and then promise me that you will not make those comments again because I don't believe saying you were 'bored' and 'thought it was funny' is a valid excuse of making others uncomfortable. Then, I will be more than fine to having your ban removed.

The thing he fails to mention is that he was looking to buy a custom "fursuit" and be named "fruit cake". He also said multiple weird things allegedly in the Reichstag lobby shortly before being banned.

You took a risk by initiating a gunfight, you could've tried to hold the suspect under gunpoint and detain the individual first to asses the situation and to be sure that he doesn't have any associates nearby. If the suspect decides to run away, all the consequences are for the suspect. I do believe that the PK is valid and a lesson how to handle these kind of situations without becoming the victim yourself.

I agree on the part that 2 weeks is a bit excessive but you also have to understand that rage baiting staff has its consequences. "I was bored and thought it was funny" isn't a valid reason to behave like a moron and i highly recommend you to read the server rules. Spooks has alot of patience with people so you must have behaved a bit more extreme then that you are saying. At least you admit that you were wrong, this shouldn't be a dispute but an apology.

Hiya, I was indeed the one that issued your PK. In your first point, you point out that there was an excess amount of screaming, which I can 100% agree with, however I believe that the person that shot you was yelling quite loudly and above the crowd in the clip that you provided (at least in the officer POV), which can 100% be disputed. Secondly, you address that only Administrators can PK officers. This is true, and was an oversight on my part when issuing the PK as I am not of permission to PK CO's without a higher approval than my own. After a bit of thought, I would personally agree to the PK being overturned as it was a bit of a loud situation and I could understand how you may have not heard the aggressor, in addition to the fact that I personally messed up in the process of conducting your PK, which I do deeply apologize for.

I did not have to try to detain the guy because I saw the guy murder someone so I just shot him. If I was wrong about not detaining someone first, I should be warned for RDM and not receive a pk; however, this whole situation only proves that the rp situation was still ongoing.

What are you talking about with the Generalmajor losing a gunfight? I am genuinely confused at what you want me to address. I pushed you back from the door, I then went back to the door and stood on it. You then wait a few moments, take out your gun, and pop me in the head. You then were immediately gunned down. This is where the Generalmajor died, I just spoke to the person with me and he was holding the room after I was literally murdered outside. How would the Generalmajor be initiating anything when you were the person who shot? He stood by and let things happen because he was going to speak to us. You are now also accusing me of being negligent of the rules when I say things like ruleplay. What is also prioritized is making something fun. What is not fun is being immediately mowed down by someone because I hit them. If you were shoved on the street one day, would you immediately take out your firearm and shoot them 20 times to the chest? If you see a police officer push you out of the way while making an arrest, is that immediate justification to shoot them? It's roleplay, and you decided to roleplay being a mutt and shooting anybody that causes them issues. Entirely in your ability to do so as a character, but when you were shot dead for it don't be surprised when you die. Just as if I were to initiate a gunfight, I would be PK'ed. What I am annoyed about is that you are consistently arguing this PK based on moot points. Yes, you were frozen in the air then PK'ed. That's fine, Your other points don't regard the rules though? The one talking about gun bashing you physically hit me and didn't say nothing towards me meaning to back up or not, and if you did your mic wasn't read in the game. That's not my fault being. But if you're gonna sit here and talk about "validate pk" then validate on the general major too who also "lost a gun fight" ? Which both PK's are unfair at the time, You deal damage and thought about not having consequences. You addressed one point in the multiple I provided, metagame is the least of your concerns regarding the PK. I had no knowledge of if you did or didn't metagame because the situation was entirely separate from your discord. I think this will just be my last response, there's nothing more I can add regarding this PK appeal.
