Another classic aspect; Return to 100 DM adverts. Please, I beg you. It's not fun to grind perpetually just to get word around that your restaurant or other kind of establishment merely exists, let alone to run it. We get enough stupid or ridiculous advertisements with the insanely expensive prices, and at 100 DM, you feel more obliged to do the least you can for your business, or announcing something you would like to as somebody trying to meet a minister. Do not let the idiots ruin it for everyone else, punish them, push them aside, in fact you could even make an advertisement blacklist if you like. Just save us the trouble of having to pay a fifth of a car just to ask to meet somebody that may not even be in the mood.

For those of you who will actually look into this, you do not have to agree with any or all of these points to up this suggestion. Classic - It was like this before, and it really should have stayed like this. Non Classic - It was never like this, but I think it would be good for balance or QOL improvement. Ingame Mechanics; 1. (Classic) Drugs are returned to vendor access instead of by the shipment. This saves time and removes half of the tedium to earning money, also making it possible to recover more quickly after a big purchase or an enormous fine. 2. (Classic) Revert drug prices - 6,500 DM per brick, 2,000 per processor - 850 per coke sold to the vendor. 3. (Classic) Add daytime area mugging protection (Ex. No mugging at Reichstag, in front of Police Station, MOI, etc.). You can still kidnap, but you cannot commit the action of mugging and taking items off a person in close proximity of a government building or facility, or out in the open of the Reichstag Garden. Where there are realistically going to be guards, you cannot just rob somebody. Exception in numbers - If there are four or more of you, then assume you have the power to kidnap, take to a dark corner or alleyway, and then mug. 4. (Classic) Give vehicles more vroom vroom power. It's rather sad to deal with cars that can hardly go over curbs. 5. (Classic) Add back gramophones, recordings and car disc players. We really miss Du Bist So Zauberhaft. It added a fairly good atmosphere to the server. 6. (Classic) Submaterial, Stacker, Advanced Material - WONDERFUL at helping builders do their thing. Makes detailing so much easier. State Legislation Reversion; Legal System - (Non Classic) Felonies expire or are immediately expunged upon finishing a contract service or conscription (2 weeks or longer) in a Military or Ministry of Interior faction, and going to a judge you are within the jurisdiction of to prove you can be released from conscription and choose either to continue your duty or leave the faction in question. Firearms Law - (Classic) Remove the Ministry of Interior from firearms regulation, let judges decide who can wield what weapons from among these classes as it used to be in old Prometheus and let the Ministry of Interior be the ENFORCEMENT of the licenses as they should have been; Class 1 - Pistols / Sidearms Class 2 - Revolvers, Shotguns and semi automatic weapons (Anti-Tank and explosive weapons not included) Class 3 - Automatic weapons discluding machine guns, LMGs like the FG-42 are included in Class 3 but you still need Luftwaffe permission (Anti-Tank and explosive weapons not included) (Non Classic) Class 4 - Unobtainable without Tier 5 Party membership and a signature on your permit by the head of your department or the next in command (YOU MUST BE GOVERNMENT), for collection or bodyguarding purposes only (Anti-Tank and explosive weapons not included) (Non Classic) Ready Carry multiplier; Either a party tier of a certain level, or; 1.5x (Class 1), 2x (Class 2, 3 and 4) whatever the price of the permit for you to hold the weapon out without an imminent threat present or a test use/display in progress.

Sorry, was sandwiched between 2 walls of text and I didn't see it/misunderstood it. As for the PK itself, I think you had ample time to react to the gun but you still chose to continue running. We weren't originally going to tie you until your mouse mishap (to my knowledge). Do you have any comments about that which you think are important to add? Some further comments and questions of mine: I do not recall attempting to tie you; Why would we ask you to come back with your MP40 drawn, posing a risk to us, instead of just ordering you to freeze; Why did you assume we were automatically trolling; You wouldn't have been chased at all if you hadn't been mocking our speech and faction; My fellow LaPo officer had his gun drawn before you ran (or finished, my memory fails me) down the RS stairs, where you tried to either take cover or run further; And finally; How did you expect this to go? Mocking law enforcement officers, taking your MP-40 out, attempting to assault an officer, and fleeing afterwords?

Hmm. Not to be mean or anything, but you should attempt to fix your current mouse or purchase a new one. Also, not to call you a liar or anything, but I haven't witnessed the mouse input flaring up in any other encounter I have had with you. Perhaps this shouldn't have resulted the way it did, however I find it odd you did not mention anything in the ensuing sit, especially because I am certain it would have played the animation that occurs when a pistol whip is utilized, and am fairly certain you need to stop sprinting in order to use a pistol whip. I could be incorrect (If so, please let me know) but I find it slightly difficult to believe that it was an accident, even with the points you had presented. It is entirely possible you are being truthful, but I find it difficult to blame your potential malfunction for making the decision to not abide by fearRP. My clip doesn't highlight your malfunction very well though, so if you have a clip I am sure that would help to clear the situation up a bit, to assist in determining an actual issue. If you don't thats fine, but as it now stands I respectfully doubt it was an input malfunction.

I do not recall making fun of you at any point during the sit. The individual who requested it had made some rude comments, which I motivated him to refrain from repeating. If you would like to remind me of what I said that "made fun of you," be my guest. As for the delay, it was caused due to awaiting responses from other staff members. As for the detainment, the person who requested only attempted to detain you after you tried to pistol-whip an officer of the LaPo (Me.). (I handled the PK because no other staff members were able to at that moment; the PK itself was approved by R4ged. We shot you because you began running from us after having firearms drawn. While it may have been a little short of a reactionary period, you still tried to run away. We told you several times to stop moving previous to you being shot, so claiming anything other than that is simply not true. When we had you at gunpoint, you continued to run regardless of the firearms pointed at you. While I do agree we didn't have you at gunpoint for some of the time you were running, it was in fear of the fact you had your MP40 drawn and feared being shot. That being said, good luck on your appeal.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm just going to start it off with the fact that KG is allowed to jaywalk and I had a party tier at the time which allows me to jaywalk legally too. I honestly thought they were just trolling since they actually never stated that I was being fined and just told me to stop running (Not at gunpoint) and tried instantly tying me when I wasn't told a reason before, So I just walked away as I wasn't told to not walk away so I just moved down the RS stairs and they just shot me without ever telling me to come back. Additional Information: The PK was issued one hour after I was killed, I was also made fun of during the sit by both the person who killed me and the staff member as I was crying since I have anxiety.

Please understand that we take user safety and comfort very seriously, and your remarks that you have made are not appropriate for the server. Another, thing I am a very reasonable man and I see that you are trying to actively and get yourself back in the community, so I want to give you a chance. Fix your appeal because it's clearly an apology and then promise me that you will not make those comments again because I don't believe saying you were 'bored' and 'thought it was funny' is a valid excuse of making others uncomfortable. Then, I will be more than fine to having your ban removed.

The thing he fails to mention is that he was looking to buy a custom "fursuit" and be named "fruit cake". He also said multiple weird things allegedly in the Reichstag lobby shortly before being banned.
