As a member of the Mapping Team To be 100% the reason there are not toilets in every building or even the major ones is primarily due to the engines memory limit, when making a map there are only so many brushes (things like walls, floors, and cellings) that a map can take, and this memory limit is not very high since it was set in 2004 when half life 2 came out I from what I know has not been updated. Now it is due to this that adding bathrooms on a map already filled to the brim with buildings, roadways, and other structures that are made of brushwork that adding bathrooms would be a unnecessarily building feature that not many people would use and it would take up even more of the maps memory limit, as of now we the mapping team are ensuring that we don't overdo this limit and totally fuck the map. So sadly this really can't happen. If you our asking literally just for some public toilets they may be like one but its not a large thing spread across all the buildings. It would be cool but just really cant be implemented due to engine limitations, sorry.

I mean I think a better way would them just being event based, instead of acting as a active faction, even then I still don't really think its a good idea

I think this would be absolutely awesome if they have the time to add afro-american and other races to the server. were in America its quite diverse that's like our whole thing and its around the 60s-70s-80s type vibe so it really only makes sense. The size thing I have no idea how that would be done since It would not be through model variants it would have to be its own like plugin, but that could be so cool. I think the idea of women models is sick I'm not sure if there would be enough time to make them +1

I don't know I think having staff set up a generic resistance faction would not allow for it to form its own lore or have infighting, I think the fact that it would be a pre-made faction would weaken its chances at RP and if anything encourage minges. -1

I think this is something that's rather important to business RP there were very few front people could actually open that weren't just basic shop fronts and one restaurant would be very helpful to make the world feel more full and have more tailored businesses.

I totally agree I think the KAG having a building definitely is a need it own office, I think it would be good for businesses and could help bolster the faction to bring in even more businesses. Even a simple office I think would be nice.

Im not sure if there is going to be a pantheon in New York so that might be something you got to work out first

I wonder why it would be removed, it was most likely due to some bugs that it caused.

Very very ambitious things here I like some of the ideas like that of the Mule Driver or the A missing shipment, but a lot of it seems to Tailored to setting up civilian crime rp which a lot of people say this server was never really ment to have, I think if properly managed it could be cool. I am in disagreement with the idea of The Partisan, this I think creates to much of a memey environment and can create holes to find ways to legally RDM witch is no fun. The The Tailor seems to overpowered for anyone to use its seems to be a get out of Jail free card which I think takes away from the RP of the police or what ever agency hunting you down. And the idea of a new currency is really interesting to me, but I think having it to basically be blood money that you cant spend until you wash it would be a better mechanic to less complicate the economics of the server if you were able to spend it . Also little nitpick but it would not really make sense to rob a train in NYC it would most likely be all passenger trains and subways so theirs no real cargo to rob. Overall like I said ambitious I like some of the ideas but unfortunately I think they need a lot of refining, great post thought like to see it -1 (Could Change if Reworked)

It does make sense they are a core part of the gameplay Idk if these forums are the right place to decide it, especially if they are to do a mixture of gun bases.

I do think its unlikely that minges would save up all that money to buy a car and a illegal gun to then go do drive-by's I mean it will definitely happen just like VDM does but I feel at that point they would just more commonly do standard RDM and shoot a place up then waste time on a car. I think the Idea of drive-bys would be majority used by a lot of factions and good action could come out of it, something to worry about then people running around, having to deal with cars with gunmen in them does sound quite fun for that of the police & Japanse factions, maybe even the BFI if there are gangs to fight if there ever to be gains again, although being in the ally's of dark New York I have feeling their will be at least one popular Crime Family.

I mean could definitely be cool it just depend of if they can find the right guns for what ever base their using.

Hell ya that sounds awesome and could actually help for indicating people were actions going on especially law enforcement, not only improving the way of life of the player but also actually adding a useful feature. +1

I do think this would be a big issue with minges and being overused, I think the programmers should look into this idea but it be altered in a lot of ways to ensure its more rare and can't be overused. +1

Oh my goodness I love this idea gives a actual theory for investigators in the LAPO or NSB or even Military police to hunt down the true killer instead of ether finding a scapegoat or finding the killer via admin intervention like it being a gamemastered event. I think the LAPO would heavy benefit from this being added, alongside the fact that it brings in a idea of PKs being more risky maybe items like gloves could be added that masks fingerprints and other stuff to that hides content facts from forensics tests. Love the Idea man sounds awesome I really hope they would be able to program this and throw it out just due to time constraints. +1

From what I know this would be a nightmare for the programmers, they would have to go in to each gun and individually make a animation for it, not to mention they would need to be able to decompile the gun mods in the first place. I think unfortunately this just is not possible especially with the time constraints of MITHC release. I do think that it also would not be fun in most situations, people who are getting arrested, kidnapped, or any other thing were they are in essence getting mugged would not be able to try to defend themselves or others since there would be a timer on being able to pull out the gun. Making these situations feel less risky and take away from some of the gameplay factor. Good idea in theory thought. -1

From what I heard at the Prometheus conference last held by Whoreson their are going to be phones, so most likely their are going to be payphones, which I am quite exited for

oooo I do like the idea of their being a actual rose garden for the party, that would be super sick love the thought. I always thought statues were sick maybe like a statue of the first Senator could be their too in front of the garden.

A base set of generic companies would be made that would not actually be ran by anyone and just act as the main future, the fact that companies that do register in game and are ran by players could get onto the stock market is a addon to the list of generic companies that would already be on their so their would be no worry that you need all these companies to even get the market off the ground. On the point of servers holding no longer then a few weeks on the server, that's kind of a player issue and command issue that's mainly up to those in KAG and the state and other factions to fix and the addition of a stock market like previously said would only boost peoples wants for starting companies since they could make wayy more money then before. Even in that of a dry spout were there are no companies the market would drop quite a bit but the other default companies would still be their to invest in and make sure the stock market mechanic does not just fall apart due to their being nothing to invest in, it also give the Finance office something to directly judge the markets off of maybe if they see stocks drop and people losing money due to companies dying then could then in turn act on that, giving out grants or other programs/fiscal helps to companies.

I want to gage from the general public on what you guys would most want to see for custom Sub-Factions to have their own unique buildings were-as they normally would not, at least how current sub-factions don't have a HQ or general building on the current map due to its size, what would you all like to have on the new map? what factions do you think are under looked and not given their own building, or you think giving them a building would allow them to scale their manpower.
