Hello, I am governor the staff member that approved your pk. This was specifically approved because you ran around while a member of police attempted to detain you. Because of this consistent breach of fearrp and his inability to properly detain you, he escalated to the last resort and shot you. I understand that you did have the rank of major on that character at the time of pk, which in this scenario arguably decreases the chance of leniency, as you should at that rank be familiar with basic pk rules such as FearRP, especially as a guard.

Hello, I am Governor. The staff member that issued you your PK. In this clip, at 0:06, you were told by a member of the Ordensmarschall's guard unit that he intended to detain you. After this, you then stated "It's my fucking base bitch". And then moved around, while guns were pointed at you. Keep in mind by 0:07 guns were pointed at you and your life was under threat. You then state somewhere between 0:09 and 0:29 that among other lines, that they wouldn't shoot the director of the MGD. After this, you continue to move around, and get closer to the ongoing conversation, after being ordered to leave. Thus, at 0:29 you were shot. During this time, I also had Kentuckyfriedhorse look into the clip as well, for a second opinion. He would also agree with me that the pk was justified, and it was enforced.

Hello, I'm Governor, the staff member that handled your ban. In my past experiences you have broken the rules, most prevalently RDM. You attempted to RDM me, and shortly after began running into the ICC likely with the intention of RDMing inside of there. Furthermore, there seems to be something you forgot to mention. Yes, you did DM me, however I consistently asked you not to message me further and to bring it to the forums. This inappropriate behavior has occurred before, and I heavily requested you cease. Hello, I am Governor, the staff member that banned you. You were banned for 24 hours as a result of your continuous use of racist remarks when in a roleplay situation. And from my understanding you then decided to use an alternate account, which clearly shows a lack of control. Nonetheless, I don't believe I can accept an apology in good faith. Edit: Added on.

Hello, Governor again. For clarification, this is a temporary PET flag ban, and as such you are not permanently unable to utilize the toolgun and the phys gun and after it is over (roughly 5-6 days now). I stated this in the original response.

Hello, I am Governor, the staff member who punished you and removed your flags for 1 week (now 6 days). This occurred because of your repeated violations of your privileges including prop perms, and from my understanding you have roughly 17 notes for this sort of behavior, such as FailRP and NITRP and most importantly prop abuse. I originally intended on notifying you of the issue and providing a note, however I reached out to Administrator Thomas who recommended you be banned and removed from your prop flags, as earlier that morning you had broken multiple rules. The punch wasn't necessarily a problem, and the apology is accepted. But quite frankly, I cannot recommend that your appeal is accepted.
