Description of the idea: What if instead of just businesses, citizens can RP as Richters, but not in a faction. Why should this be added?: It would add deeper roleplay, an option for people who don't want to be in the Polizeigericht What negatives could this have?: Less Richters in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht Additional information: Civilian Richters: I know Judge outfits exist within the Prometheus models, and younger Richters who don't want to be in the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht may apply to be judges as civilians, and maybe having a sign up test from a more experienced Richter. This would raise Richter numbers, which is often a problem when the NSB or the future ABI need to trial someone and no Richters are in the city. More Richters, less wait time. They will have to have the Richter role so they can get pinged, but they will not be listed as a faction on the leaderboard.(They could also wear suits if Judge models are not available. I also don't know if the Sicherheits-Polizeigericht will exist in MITHC but it should still apply)

Don't know how much to believe this guy but I've been in situations where I've made bad decisions after a bad day. Not as often recently, but it does happen. I'm not sure as to give him a + or - because my feelings on this are mixed, but take the highlighted text into account.
-
+1 Seems genuine, the ban was 2 years ago, and MITHC does spark a lot of people's interest. If he was just a normal minge he would've never thought about this server again after the ban.

MITHC - What faction will you join and why?
DamnFool replied to MomsMom's topic in General Discussion
I haven't considered that the OB will be a thing when we switch to MITHC. We will definitely be losing some factions like the Panzers and LAPO. Don't know about OB though. -
-1 Sounds insincere. I don't believe when he says he shares his account with his family I believe he was trying to avoid a ban. This appeal should be denied.

MITHC - What faction will you join and why?
DamnFool replied to MomsMom's topic in General Discussion
The first faction I'm joining is the NSB and ABI on another char and NYPD on another. Love the military but these are my three first choices. When ARE we changing to MITHC? -
I see where you are coming from, I admit that at first, my emotional response was not justified. It was quite difficult for me to deal with the permaban, but I understand that if I want to be a member of the staff team, then in any situation I have to remain calm. Recently, I have been trying my best to overcome this issue and simply become a reliable part of the community. I have re-read all the rules to be more confident, and now my focus is to help people and improve the server.

I was being dumb that day, won't happen again. https://prn.gg/topic/2281-i-sincerely-apologize/#comment-14722 Also, to my knowledge I have 1 ban and 2 notes. I do have multiple steam accounts but they're from a while ago when my former friend forced me to buy some games which I didn't realize were accounts and not steam keys Update: I asked Gregorius to check how many bans and notes I have and he said I have 1 ban and 2 notes so its confirmed

Introduction Information Section Steam Name: Wolfgang SteamID32: STEAM_0:0:922662423 Discord Username/ID: alexlovezmonster Timezone: GMT +2 Age: 18 Time Played: 2w 5d 13h Your current rank: Donator Do you have a mic & will you use it?: I do have a mic and I will use it Are you consistently active on the forums and server?: Yes. I keep up with recent bans, PKs and know how to operate on the forums. I am on the server every day. Did anyone from the Recruitment Team assist you in making your application?: BananaMan Staff Recommendations: BananaMan, QuadKast and Benster Basic Information Section IC Character names, ranks, and brief overview of their duties/everyday activities in a list format: Stabsfeldwebel Wolfgang Weber - Senior NCO in the Kaisergarde, Awarded an Iron Cross 1st Class by his Royal Majesty himself. Obermeister Wilhelm von Pfuel-Rhaden - NCO within the NRD department of the Nationales Sicherheitsburo. Follows orders, does documents accordingly and does his job well. Grenadier Hans Kubelwagen - Follows orders diligently and helps his fellow man in gunfights. Klaus Richter - A man who walks the streets of Berlin with mystique, just a normal civilian. Ibebraek Inn - Japanese citizen of Berlin. Works at the local shop and does favors for people. How long have you been roleplaying?: Roughly 1 and a half months on Prometheus and the whole summer of 2025 DarkRP. Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: 2 notes, 1 permanent ban that was appealed. I have since read over the rules thoroughly and made sure I do not make these mistakes again. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: None, although I am willing to learn Nutscript as it is the format we use. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be on the staff team because of my dedication to the community. I have been a player in Prometheus for some time now, even going from 500 hours on GMod to over one thousand. I believe I can be a staff member because I take roleplay quality seriously; I have read over most of the rules (Core Global Rules and Core ImperialRP rules) to ensure I know what I’m doing. My dedication is shown through my willingness to step up into demanding leadership roles. Even when management gets tough, or divisions lose activity, I do not quit, I double down on my efforts to revive interest and keep community spaces active. This role is built entirely on trust. Players trust us to resolve their issues neutrally and quickly without ruining their roleplay. I bring that same resilience and work ethic to the staff team. I am fully prepared to pause my own roleplay to take staff tickets and help players. Now that it is summer, I have even more time to dedicate to both roleplay and staff duties. I am a quick learner who can handle difficult players while remaining completely respectful and composed. What sets me apart from others is that I do not view staff status as a privilege, but as a commitment to keeping the community peaceful. I am prepared to handle tense situations neutrally and enforce the rules strictly without bias. I will be active both in roleplay and staff and I have already started to keep up with rule changelogs. I am online almost every day from when the server is starting to get populated to when everyone starts leaving. I take constructive criticism well and have zero tolerance for toxicity or bullying, as safeguarding a welcoming environment is a staff member's top priority. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties of staff include taking tickets, helping players, and taking every detail into account. In no way should staff be lenient to people they know, or give them an unfair advantage. If two or more players are arguing during a sit, it is a staff’s job to break it up. Staff should take their time, but not unnecessarily take up RP time. Staff should follow rules. As staff, a person is not exempt from server rules. Everyone should be treated equally, no matter the rank, position, or status. If they have done something against the server rules, they are to be punished accordingly. Breaking up an argument between two players should be done by telling them both to stop, and if one continues, they are to be gagged for the rest of the staff sit. Overall, a staff member is to improve the community by enforcing server rules, helping people understand the rules better, and ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time on the server without rulebreakers ruining the experience. Notes: I have been awarded a Iron Cross 1st Class from Hendrik Baumer himself, if that doesn't count as proving myself, then I don't know what does. Well I agree my behaviour was toxic, but I don't believe I should get perma banned. I beg of you, I have been on this server for about a month and I love it. At least punish me with a 2-3 week ban, not a permanent ban. If I lose this server I lose the plans to basically my whole summer.
-
Are you saying that after I did what I did, which most of us do and do not get punished but rather gagged let alone a perma ban, you are saying that I made yet another account after you banned me on the alt? That is not true. I made one alt, had some fun, got banned and simply wanted to join back to continue RP on my main and be serious. You must have me confused because after I got banned by you for a day on my alt I got banned on my main account by console, so you must be reading it wrong. Still even though I have been gagged 2 times on my main it was a one off instance, I wasn't screaming it 50 times or insulting anybody. Also, if you're saying you banned me first on my main and then I ban evaded while I was doing things on my alt, I was not aware of the main account ban, and if I was I sure as hell wouldn't be screaming the nword I would be appealing it as I'm doing now.
-
I am sorry, I must have missed it. Still, it does not state it results in a perma ban.

Your Name: DamnFool SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561199805590574 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Apology Which staff member banned you?: CONSOLE How long is your ban for?: Permanent Why were you banned?: Alt acc of STEAM_0:1:364775174 Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I sincerely apologize, I did not know that an alt account could result in a perma ban. I only made another character to have some fun on it that I couldn't usually do on my main, because I would get muted. I got banned on my alt for 1 day for GR1 and NITRP. (Which has now been changed to perma ban) Additional Information: I just want to keep playing on this server as I enjoy it dearly, and I hold it near to my heart. I've made a lot of friends on Prometheus, and I bet at least one person will vouch for me. Please find it in your heart to unban me. Summer break has just started for me and I planned on playing all day every day. Just please, I am LITERALLY on the verge of tears writing this.

But if I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by that logic, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control. According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I in fact, did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. You can ask copernicus124, c8jet as well as Generalleutnant Gator(Lukas Falkner IC who was an Oberst at the time) on discord, who even stated he can give full details to Upper Administration. Copernicus's and C8jet's replies to my post have been strangely deleted though. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I would also like to state that I wasn't given a proper chance to be heard out before the PK was issued, if I was pulled into a sit I could've explained all of this. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I wasn't even given a proper sit, and this isn't really looking like a last resort PK. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines. Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree.
-
If those are the rules then that would mean that any time a situation like this happens, someone HAS to get PK'ed because they fired first, and if they don't they get fired.

Character's name & rank: Oberfeldwebel Wolfgang Mayer SteamID: STEAM_0:0:922662423 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Prime Explain why you were PK'd: MRDM Why should you be un-PK'd?: Look, I'm not very sure whether, by the book, this was a fair PK, but I do know that an admin in a very similar situation told me I was fine. In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation. If I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by the logic of you not being supposed to fire when a higher ranking official orders it, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. Just to be completely clear, I WASN'T WARNED THIS COULD RESULT IN A PK
