While the PK was properly applied for a FearRP violation, I believe more time for reaction is a reasonable consideration into the verdict of this appeal. You must always value your character's life. Backing away from someone attempting to detain you with a gun pointed at you point blank is not a smart move and does not show that you value life. Appeal: Accepted Thread: Locked

Given your explanation on the situation I am inclined to believe that you have somewhat good intentions on returning and abiding by our rules. Given the haste at which this appeal was made since the ban I would like to ask how determined and willing you are to follow our rules? Your response will be used to determine how long your ban should be reduced to as we would also like to give you time to read through our rules located on the Wiki during your ban.

Hi @Donald Trump I extended your ban to permanent after discussion with @R4ged. I will let them explain their side, but from my understanding you actually asked for your ban to be extended beyond the original length of 2 weeks. It was noted that you said "increase it, I will just come back stronger". Additionally, when R4ged asked you to read our server rules during your ban, you directly stated that you wouldn't. This shows us a blatant and intentional disregard for our server rules which were made to create an enjoyable roleplay atmosphere.

Surrounded by 4 men of the military, a Chief Inspector intentionally chose to run away whilst under direct gunpoint. "Yeah that's not happening" -- it seems pretty clear cut that you did not value your life in this situation. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

If you cannot recall then why dispute it? Additionally, per ban appeal guidelines, you can only dispute a ban within 72 hours of its issuance. Furthermore, you attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account on 8/12/25 which violates Global Rule #11

That rule is to prevent people from boycotting server rules, attempting to force 'changes', etc. (Ex. All NHC decide they want custom playermodels else they'll leave the community). It is not meant for boycotting/unions/etc. in the roleplay environment.

As this is an appeal for a permanent ban, our guidelines allow the community to comment on the appeal with their opinions. Going after each person's response with this type of attitude is immature and I'm not really sure why you think we'd accept the appeal if you're only demonstrating how toxic you can be.
