-1 i may be the odd one out considering all the +1 recommendations on this app, however i feel that its a bit of a red flag the playtime you have wasn’t mentioned. I also don’t know any of your chars which to me just can’t allow me to +1 you. Best of luck though, i always love seeing new members on the staff team. And good app besides those few little things.

Hey it’s Dawg, I was there to witness this sit and help guide @Mical Jordinwith this ban. I've seen you multiple times, and your name has stuck out for bad reasons. so when you were dragged into a sit i had already understood you’re a bit of a trouble maker. Initially when you were dragged into the sit, you offered to pay a bribe to the guy, in which he declined. you complained about how you’re targeted because of your PO’s and we explained to you how you have many RDM and VDM notes as well as bans, some even from me. After realising you were getting banned, you got aggressive towards the person making the ticket, getting pretty disrespectful within the sit room which i usually don’t tolerate. you then admitted you did mean to hit him which helped me come to my final decision in where i told Mical, “just ban him.” At the end of the day it’s up to Mical Jordan wether he feels your ban was reasonable and wether he should push for it to be lifted or not, but in my personal opinion i find it pretty reasonable. Hopefully you take this as a learning experience to learn that your actions do have consequences.

-1 I think its a cool idea and all, but its just a waste of another key when you could very easily just go to a wardrobe. Not really worth an update for.

Hey, I was the staff member who had previously warned you. You were walking around with a wooden platform, physgunning it into the sky. I gave you a verbal warning, as well as deleted the prop. but recieved no answer. I had assumed you accidentally went afk and that you were somehow walking with your prop in the air, until about 5 minutes later seeing @BeachWarn you for the same thing, I expressed to him saying I had verbally warned you, Hence the removal of your flags. Wether you were there or not when i had warned you, im not sure, however it wasn't less than 5 minutes until you were once again warned. In which even after the removal of your petflags we had to tell you to delete your props, AGAIN. I dont push towards this appeal being rejected as i can understand the confusion, However rules were still broken, and this is part of the consequences.

Hey, I was the staff member who took your PK ticket. You had numerous guns pointed at you and were surrounded while being told not to move. As someone of your rank, you should understand the rules of FearRP, yet you kept moving. You were then blocked in after refusing to cooperate. After realizing you were blocked in (while still having guns pointed at you), you decided to radio in and alert people of your arrest, which is unrealistic. For example, you wouldn't scream for help if someone was pointing a gun at your head (as I mentioned in the sit). As a Battallionsleiter, you should be familiar with the PK guidelines. Many people have been PK'd for less, and it's rules like this that keep the roleplay exciting and realistic.

Hey, I was the staff member that gave you the PK appeal forum. When I asked if you were Josh Park or Hans Hass, You told me you weren't either. If it helps with a better appeal and/or just for your confusion, You were PK'd by Beach. The reason for your PK was desertion.

Baker char before, and OOC you seem like a good bloke and funny guy. however as a staff member, you are expected to be an example for the community to follow, if the example you’re setting is the document you made that was voided, i most definitely doubt you’re ready to work within the staff team. Best of luck however and there’s always room for improvement.

+1 We've had a lack of criminal drama in the server recently (mainly just faction vs faction), and I think this would be a great addition to provide more fun for more people.

Hi I am the staff member who banned you, going onto a civ character doesn't excuse you from punishment just because you crashed out. Next time apologise properly, and give reasons on why you should actually be unbanned.
