Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I would be a good fit for the Prometheus staff team due to my overall experience with roleplay, my understanding of the 1942RP genre, and my background in server administration. I’ve spent a significant amount of time involved in this genre both in and out of character, which has given me a clear sense of how it should be played and where boundaries need to be kept. I am also an extreme stickler for process and policy (hence my lust for extreme organisation in my IC roles) and that understanding would help me make sensible, consistent decisions when dealing with staff matters or player issues. I have practical experience managing servers and working behind the scenes. I am comfortable handling administrative tasks and understand the responsibility that comes along with it. This was proven during the temporary switch over to Guilded some years ago, where I created and set up Prometheus’ new servers, a responsibility that required a level head and clear attention to detail. As an EU player, I am able to stay active during times when NA staff are less available, while still remaining present during peak time. This helps avoid gaps in staff coverage and ensures things like recruitments, transfers, and general moderation can still be handled without unnecessary delays. It is extremely important that staff handle situations calmly and fairly, without allowing personal bias or anger to influence decisions. Maintaining impartiality is essential in creating an environment where all players feel they are being treated equally. When rules are enforced properly and transparently, it helps build trust between the staff team and the wider community, subsequently supporting a more positive and immersive roleplay experience for everyone involved. Neutral Prop increases are always a valid idea for the right players, however humongous dupes can an effect on the server performance.

-1 As said above, defeats the purpose of the MGD. Also to note, the MGD models are not the camo FJ models, people just use them occasionally, the actual MGD models listed on the model sheet are completely different to those of the Feldjägers.

+1 - Not sure what exactly you'd have people implement but I agree with entire preface of not approaching people as soon as they spawn and basically kidnapping them into joining. There is no benefit for either the faction nor the player as 90% of the time the player ends up not coming back or getting themself PKd for not knowing the rules.
